Which is hosted on both on promises and cloud platform that offers the complaint management solutions of customers to increase noyalty and quality of service. It helps to manage customer complain effectively.

This software is very much capable of handling the complaints of customers. Today is little difficult you in you try to customise the settings. Besides that it is very friendly software and that helps to increase the productivity of the organisation.

**What problems is Everest 7 Complaint Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly gets the customer complaints about our softwares services,  so if you have a platform where you can manage the complaints, track the records, that is very helpful for the user and for the organisation as well. so this problem is very much effectively solved by this software

Everest 7 Complaint Management Software is bridging the gap between fielding complaints and finding solutions. For any business, large or small, this is a one-step solution to organizational management with your company's complaints. Its a must-have to grow your business to new heights. Its taken the man hours of complaint management and made cut them exponentially. Now my staff can focus on other tasks within our organization. The savings on labor alone is worth their weight in gold.

There are no real complaints with Everest 7 Complaint Management Software. The platform is very well-rounded and meets every functionality it should regarding a complaint management software. They constantly roll out new updates and bug fixes. The support team is friendly and helps you find solutions regardless of what they might be. So for me, there are no real dislikes on this platform. it gets an A+ from me and my crew. I cant wait to see how Everest 7 makes this software even better than it already is.

The problems that Everest 7 complaint management software is solving for us is being able to bridge the gap between complaints with the organization and investigating and rectifying those complaints. They are feilding the complaints and organizing them in a way that easily breaks them down and allows our staff to take care of the significant problems that need the most attention. It has also cut down tremendously on the man hours it takes to provide such services such as complaint resolution. All in all, this is a one stop solution to a century olf problem like compliant management. To be quite honest, I'm not sure how our business operated before we implemented this amazing software. Its truly been a game changer for us in our space. I would recommend this product to literally anybody that has a business structure of any size or structure.
