**What do you like best about Everbridge SnapComms?**

I like the ease of use of Everbridge SnapComms. We set it up and just maintain it so it's ready to go when needed. In times of crisis, it's helpful because it allows us to get the word out as needed. The initial setup was pretty easy; we got the accounts set up quickly and started with a list of numbers.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge SnapComms?**

I think how you import contact details could be easier. Instead of putting them in one at a time, the import option works, but sometimes we have to go in and fix details if they are not in there correctly.

**What problems is Everbridge SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Everbridge SnapComms for company-wide communications and emergencies. It solves the problem of having no mass communication system. It's easy to use, so we can quickly send messages during crises.

**What do you like best about Everbridge SnapComms?**

The best thing I like about SnapComms is its desktop alert systems, which ensure its messages are seen immediately. On top of it, it has multiple communication formats, right from alerts, scrolling tickets to surveys. It also has good analytics features to track message engagement.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge SnapComms?**

Their interface feels slightly outdated compared to other modern Saas tools, initial setup is taking a bit more time than it should. Customisation and design flexibility should be improved. Pricing is only suitable for mid to large enterprises.

**What problems is Everbridge SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snapcomms solves the problem of critical ignored messages, like any compliance or HR messages go unnoticed, it gives us faster response during the IT outages and security incidents. Most importantly, it gets us better engagement for internally led campaigns.

Everbridge SnapComms is a strong, reliable platform for delivering urgent campus communications. Its biggest strengths include fast mass notifications, multi-channel delivery (desktop, mobile, email), customizable messaging, and strong tracking for compliance and acknowledgments. These features make it particularly valuable for emergency alerts, weather closures, and high-priority campus updates.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge SnapComms?**

Managing templates, user groups, updates, and reporting requires more time and staffing capacity than our institution has (not a fault of the software) but something to consider.

The platform’s “must-read” and acknowledgment features help us meet compliance needs and confirm that people have seen essential updates, policies, and notices and; With pop-ups, banners, screensavers, and mobile alerts, it reduces the chances that important information gets buried or ignored in email.

Everbridge SnapComms is a best tool mainly known for its fasted messaging abilities in the market. This helps to deliver urgent content and circulate important announcements on urgent basis.
The tool ensures to manage multi channel collaboration too in it with great internal or external communication abilities. And allows to communicate and connect between wide range of devices simulataneously.
Software is really helpful to remind about important things, it pushes desktop pop ups, alerts so that all the critical and important messages reached to all customers and team members via it.
Its very helpful and useful for keeping the confidential business communication safe and secured. I really love the security features of the platform. 
There are various plugins and AI tools in it which saves a lot of time in building and scheduling to send messages automatically on a fixed time. Mass texts to number of people can be easily send via this platform now without any difficulty and that too in less time.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge SnapComms?**

Nothing is there in this software to not to like, as we have been using the software from so long and never faced any major issue in it.

**What problems is Everbridge SnapComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This application helped to deliver messages on time. We used it and integrated with all our business portals and CRM portals to connect and communicate with our team, clients on daily basis. This software really helped us to engage our customers, maintain and manage business relationships.
