We used EventHex for our “Design Like a Pro” workshop. The platform was simple, intuitive, and the support team gave justice to their name through "support". Even with all the features packed in, we mainly used it for ticketing and the implementation was easy too; moreover, it worked smoothly for us and for our attendees. Even though the platform has many features, it does not have an online guided tour. Because of this, some people might feel confused when using it for the first time. At this stage, we don’t have any major concerns about EventHex.ai. The platform has been helpful in streamlining access to photos and improving the overall participant experience. That said, we would welcome further improvements to processing speed, along with more customization options for branding and event-specific workflows. Overall, our experience has been positive.
