the abuilty to change the colums to get you the info you need on the body of the page. main page after search of item. the ability to also use on my phone as a web based search.

sometime can be alittle glichy. not sure if that has to do with how my company has input the data or the amount of data that has been input by my company for eturns to seach through. doesnt happen often but sometimes seems slow. would be nice to have an easily downloadable app.

eTurns has been great for inventory management. The system allows for effective data management and easy location of resources.

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

eTurns is often slow to load. It may be my company's internet, but even compared to other sites, eTurns loads slower than most.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eTurns simplifies managing a large volume of SKUs (>100) and a large quantity of many of the SKUs. We are managing tens of thousands of dollars of inventory that is on site, via consignment, and it probably wouldn't be possible without eTurns.

I do like how easy it is to search for any part number based on any data that is entered in the fields.

I feel like I have a pretty good computer mind, but I struggle to navigate around and know how to do things.  I am not in eturns every day, so whenever I come back it is always a struggle to remember the little nuances

It allows us to work with a customer and keep our inventory in their building for them to check out as they use it.

**What do you like best about eTurns?**

Being able to see the exact quantity counts in my customer's warehouse makes is easy to manage their invtory levels. With this, also being able to set minumum and max quantities allow for seamless ordering levels.

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

It was difficult for me to learn at the beginning. I still struggle with updating quantity counts when we do quarterly inventory counts in my customer warehouse. There are a lot of steps involved and I seem to forget one every time.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customer has multiple jobs of the same material right now. Being able to manage all of the material in one spot for the same customer has been a big time saver. The customer, as well as my self, are able to go into Eturns and manage the material they need or have on hand.

**What do you like best about eTurns?**

I've been working with eTurns for a couple years now and I've seen it from implementation to daily use with our customers. It has been nothing short of amazing! Our customers love it; it makes their lives easier, makes my life easier, and is a great way to oversee any amount of inventory you could ever need. There have rarely been issues on eTurns' side of things, but when there are, it always gets fixed in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier!

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

There's nothing to dislike! As stated in what I like best, any time there has been an issue, it always gets resolved in a timely manner. I've never had a complaint from any of our customers either, and it's made so that it's super easy for them to work with.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETurns has solved the issue of our customers ever having to wait for material. They have regulated quantities of as many items as they choose, and the system keeps track of how much they have on hand and how many they've scanned out. So once their inventory levels get below a certain amount, we automatically get notified that those items need to be replenished. The customer gets to scan out their own material without ever having to manually ask us to place orders.

The app is poor, it presents screens in a bad way and makes it very hard to use.  My user account has failed twice now where it has become disconnected from my organisation etc.  Support is responsive though.

I wish I knew more about how to use it.  It has quite a bit of functionality that I'm not aware of how to use.

E-turns saves our customers time and money and saves our needing to have a dedicated staff member for the customer.  We can do more with less.

> Glad you find that eTurns TrackStock is helpful for contractors tracking inventory usage! But wait! Let us help with the scanning concerns. 

Because the Android platform has a variety of devices from different manufacturers with different OSs, some of the older devices are very slow. The latest version of the Trackstock Android app has 4 scanner tools shown in the Settings->Scan and the "ML Kit" one is the newest and fastest. Please make sure you've selected that one. In the next release, it will be the default. If you're still not satisfied please know you can always reach out to support@eturns.com to schedule some time to talk with us about your issue.   

   If we can contact him, we should ask him which device/model it is. 

   The latest version of Trackstock Android app has 4 scanner tools shown in the Settings->Scan. The default scanner is set up as "Zxing", this is quite too old now.  The scanner "ML Kit" is the newest tool, it was not selected as default, it will be selected as a default scanner in next release. Please suggest he try ML Kit.

Running reports to track which items are used the most often is the most helpful tool in eTurns. It has helped the department cut expenses by showing that items were still being ordered that are no longer used.

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

The app is helpful to make eTurns user with a large amount of staff, but the app does have glitches that cause problems. These glitches halt any pulls/ counts from being completed until the glitches are fixed.

eTurns has helped to fine-tune the ordering process. Now that we can place a minimum and maximum number for each item, we no longer have to worry about ordering too much or not enough of one product.

Most importantly, eTurns functions well for what it's supposed to do. If there is ever an issue, it is usually quick and easy to find a solution.

Menu options can be tricky and finicky to navigate. Whole website could use a facelift, aestically speaking.

  ### 23. Inventory Control Made Easy: Use eTurns

**What do you like best about eTurns?**

eTurns allows small and large businesses the ability to initiate inventory control over products, items, stock, and any other related inventory. One of the best features is the user-friendly menus to add products and items. The areas to populate specific items are very easy to use once the user has been introduced to the system. Much white space gives the user a readable screen. Once products are in the system, it is very easy to review and change the minimum and maximum levels of inventory. Product-related information is on one screen where changes can be made easily. 
Another great feature is the tracking graph located on the home screen. Without much effort, the user can view monthly changes and patterns of specific product ordering. This feature saves time when wondering what product or products are being used the most in the company.

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

One of the features I suggest improving upon is making some menu items more user-friendly. For example, if a new user to the system needs to be added, the menu is so "hidden" under other seemingly unrelated menus. It could be argued once the user becomes more familiar with the system, submenus could easily be found, but for the still-new user, it can be a bit frustrating to review each menu. A PDF of the user manual would be a nice bonus for users.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a long time, the organization didn't have any efficient way of tracking products being used or product expiration dates. With eTurns, our department can track products, eliminate ordering for products not commonly used, show ordering and use patterns of products, which in the long run saves the company time and money.

I can see both my current in-stock levels, and my max/min settings

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

There are times that it has not taken out the quantities pulled from my stock on-hand which really affects the suto-ordering and inventory level accuracies.  I have not seen this happen in awhile so I'm hoping it has been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering eTurns:**

There are many many options of things you can do on this site.  I recommend taking screenshots of the process you need to use for your stuff so you can have a walk-through if needed on how to do what you need.

It is utilized by one of our material vendors and allows us to have lots of stock on-hand and at the ready if a job kicks off rapidly and there would not have been time to get a traditional order placed & received to do this.

We use this program to monitor and manage our inventory. It works very well and helps keep our crews productive. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to lower costs on inventory management

The best feature of eTurns is its versatility. We have been able to implement this system in a variety of ways, from customer managed inventory to VMI. We have also used it to help our customer manage their material billing through the use of the work order function..

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

The issues that we have had with using eTurns have been based on the PDA hardware we use and operator errors. The software itself is very reliable.

**Recommendations to others considering eTurns:**

Users of eTurns that have some technology experience will find it easier to use. Basic computer applications, web services, etc. help bridge the gap from implementation to daily usage. Though we have worked with many personnel that are not technology savy, and with a little more time and effort on our part, they are able to use the system as needed.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying using eTurns to help our customers maintain inventory at long term remote locations. The system allows us to keep our customers supplied with material at a more level rate of support, without overly burdening them with inventory costs.

Some modules are only available on desktop version, or PDA.

**Recommendations to others considering eTurns:**

Our company was using JD Edwards 9.1, and although this ERP did capture usage of materials, it was driven by only manual impute of consumables. With the addition of eTurns, our company was able to provide our 75 technicians with the ability to scan items in and out of our vehicles. This provided our purchasing team with real time, accurate consumption. Furthermore, this allowed us the ability to carry less items on the trucks and lowered our cost of goods carried in doing so. We reduced this average cost on truck from $20K, to $14K, while maintaining the same service levels to our customers. We also gained the ability for automate the managing of our ROP's, and ROQ's. The software managed our replenishment effectively to the point we were able to reduce out procurement staff from 8 reps to 3, moving them into other strategic roles. Our finance team also benefited from the real time reporting modules, allowing them a real time cost analysis of the consumed goods.

We needed a quick and easy way to allow our techs to scan barcodes in and out of our service vehicles. An unexpected benefit was we were able to reduce out carrying cost of goods, simply by have accurate and timely reporting of consumables,

First off eTurns works.  A simple app with a lot of capability.  Second, the team is wonderful to work with.  Responsive and able.  Any issues, needs, or questions were quickly dealt with.

eTurns has a lot of features.  We only used a portion.  The rest added burden that is in the way, but we got used to it.

**Recommendations to others considering eTurns:**

Take the demos serious, ask the "what-if" questions.  Picture your people using it and have users trial it.  Like any software, you must take the time to fully understand how it will work and help.

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool to capture and transmit pulls form a consigned inventory.  Had to be quick and EASY for our customer, eTurns is.  Also need that information transmitted automatically into our P21 system as an order.

Not much to dislike about eTurns making my customer happy.

Our airline customer is constantly reordering product from us and wanted a barcode scanning solution that let them reorder parts FAST. The customer was very happy that eTurns reduced to ONE step when other systems required three scans.  And eTurns only took 2 weeks to integrate to our system. Training on eTurns only took 5 minutes and it has been running flawlessly ever since.

**What do you like best about eTurns?**

Gexpro Services, a world-class distributor, is all about service. Our business model is to provide onsite VMI to our customers. eTurns provides us visibility into our customers' inventories and automates replenishment which reduces our cost-of-sales to a minimum. Because eTurns helps us optimize our customers' inventories and deliver great service levels, our customers reap the benefits of this value-added service. We have used all 4 of their tracking technologies -- iPhone, eVMI sensors, RFID, and scanners and they've all worked well for getting us real-time inventory status and managing that inventory. Their support is definitely a strong point - the team over there is VERY responsive.

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

Honestly, there is not a lot I can list here... other than it would be nice if they wouldn't sell eTurns to our direct competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering eTurns:**

Over the past 10 years we have periodically taken a look to see if there were better remote storeroom inventory management solutions than what eTurns provides and each time we came up empty. ERP providers are too expensive and cumbersome and other inexpensive cloud software for inventory management was not as full-featured as eTurns. 

**What problems is eTurns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With eTurns' new RFID solution, we will be able to have the customer pass their empty bins pass the RFID reader to order more material. This RFID solution provides our customers with a value-added service that automatically sends us orders for more material - it makes our customers more "sticky" to us as their distributor.

eTurns is a very efficient and flexible process for our customer VMI/CMI programs.  The full implementation from initial item setup is great for our customers.

Not too many areas that I am in 'dislike' . .  The presentation of the eTurns solutions to our customers requires further and ongoing sales  training which could be enhanced.

The eTurns resource is very good overall.  We have found the difficulty more on our side in terms of sales features & benefits training.

Anixter is a distributor of advanced cabling and we've used eTurns/3 remote stockroom inventory software for many many years to help us manage the consigned inventories at our customer accounts. eTurns provides us with a solution that allows us to invoice on consumption, replenish as necessary and use one set of books to reconcile inventory. We are excited to move to eTurns/4 which is a browser-based solution with 5x the functionality, including analytics and other features our customers have been asking for like scheduled email reports and alerts

**What do you dislike about eTurns?**

We wish they couldn't sell it to our competitors because it ends up being a good differentiator for us in sales engagements. That to go along with the support, we would like a bigger time range

If the customer didn't have eTurns we could not control the consigned inventory at the customer's location.  eTurns provides a very smooth way to track exactly what the customer used and needs to pay for. Without it, we would have a lot more confusion and negotiations with customers

TTI is an electronic components distributor and we've used eTurns/3 remote storeroom inventory software for several years. We use it to help us manage the consigned inventories at our customer accounts. eTurns allows us to invoice on consumption, replenish as necessary and use one set of books to reconcile inventory.

While eTurns/3 offers diverse functionality it is client based software versus browser based. The new eTurns/4 platform is browser based and offers users the same diversity of scanning options as well as additional functionality.
