I have experience using some of the most well-known hotline tools available. Compared with what I've seen from its competitors, EthicsSuite's hotline stands out as offering all the same functionality and security at a fraction of the cost and with significantly more customizability and responsiveness to customer needs. The system is intuitive and easy to learn, and allows me to manage the system with a minimum of effort and without undue effort.
The system is well-designed to simplify the process of triaging and responding to whistleblower reports and reporting to senior management on caseloads, etc. And the founders appear to truly care about making this the best hotline product available and they will personally jump on calls or return emails to provide guidance, offer training, or deliver features that their customers request.
