
I appreciate eSurvey's Global Template Library and the Granular Regional Customization Permissions features. As a Global Admin, I can build master templates in eSurvey’s admin portal for all core survey types, ensuring consistency in core questions, answer scales, and global branding elements. It's incredibly valuable for maintaining standardized, yet regionally relevant surveys without having to create separate ones for each market. Additionally, the initial setup of eSurvey was exceptionally straightforward, which was a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that there's no native sync with global customer service tools like Zendesk. Post-support CSAT survey responses don't auto-populate in Zendesk tickets for EU/US/APAC, which means customer service agents have to switch between tools to see a customer's feedback history. This breaks the seamless cross-border CX loop. I'd really appreciate it if they could build native, real-time bi-directional integrations with top enterprise tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, and Zendesk. Launching a custom REST API with pre-built connectors for in-house global tools would also be great. A live API feed for analytics would eliminate the need for static CSV exports and enable real-time global data dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
