What do you like best about eSurvey?

I appreciate eSurvey's Global Template Library and the Granular Regional Customization Permissions features. As a Global Admin, I can build master templates in eSurvey’s admin portal for all core survey types, ensuring consistency in core questions, answer scales, and global branding elements. It's incredibly valuable for maintaining standardized, yet regionally relevant surveys without having to create separate ones for each market. Additionally, the initial setup of eSurvey was exceptionally straightforward, which was a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eSurvey?

I don't like that there's no native sync with global customer service tools like Zendesk. Post-support CSAT survey responses don't auto-populate in Zendesk tickets for EU/US/APAC, which means customer service agents have to switch between tools to see a customer's feedback history. This breaks the seamless cross-border CX loop. I'd really appreciate it if they could build native, real-time bi-directional integrations with top enterprise tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, and Zendesk. Launching a custom REST API with pre-built connectors for in-house global tools would also be great. What do you like best about eSurvey?

I use eSurvey for a variety of needs like gathering research data, collecting customer feedback, and measuring employee satisfaction. I really appreciate its easy-to-use drag-and-drop form building and a clean interface, which is straightforward even for non-technical users. This means you don’t need a designer or developer to make surveys—anyone in my team can do it. I like the quick data insights and analysis it provides. Also, the intuitive design tools are great, as they allow users to launch the survey creator and start adding questions and arranging logic with minimal confusion. eSurvey's conditional logic and branching features are valuable to me. What do you dislike about eSurvey?

I find eSurvey's design and customization options limited. Some users feel that the design choices are basic or restrictive, especially if you want a highly branded or visually unique survey. I like using eSurvey because there are no chances of survey disqualification. It is very useful for earning money and gathering knowledge about social media and the world.
