**What do you like best about eSurvey?**

What stood out to me with eSurvey is how flexible it is once you get past the basics. At GreenLeaf, we use it mainly for client feedback and occasional internal surveys, and the ability to mix different collection methods web and mobile mostly for us has been genuinely useful. The logic options are strong compared to other tools I’ve tried—things like branching and answer piping make it possible to ask more relevant questions instead of forcing everyone through the same flow. I also like the reporting side. Exporting data into formats we can actually use in our analysis workflow especially spreadsheets saves time, and the structure is clean enough that we don’t spend hours reworking it.

**What do you dislike about eSurvey?**

The interface isn’t the most intuitive at first. It took some trial and error to fully understand how to set up more advanced surveys, especially when using logic rules. It’s not something you can just jump into and master in an hour. Also, while the reporting is solid, the visual dashboards feel a bit dated and could be easier to customize. For quick executive summaries, we sometimes still reformat results outside the platform.

Coming from a lending and financial risk background at Apex Lending Group, I need survey tools that can handle complex logic without breaking a sweat. eSurvey surprised me with how well it manages branching and piping, which we use heavily for borrower feedback loops and internal compliance checks. The multi platform support is a genuine asset because we still rely on paper questionnaires for certain older borrower demographics, while our younger team members prefer mobile surveys on their Android devices. I appreciate eSurvey's Global Template Library and the Granular Regional Customization Permissions features. As a Global Admin, I can build master templates in eSurvey’s admin portal for all core survey types, ensuring consistency in core questions, answer scales, and global branding elements. It's incredibly valuable for maintaining standardized, yet regionally relevant surveys without having to create separate ones for each market. Additionally, the initial setup of eSurvey was exceptionally straightforward, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about eSurvey?**

I don't like that there's no native sync with global customer service tools like Zendesk. Post-support CSAT survey responses don't auto-populate in Zendesk tickets for EU/US/APAC, which means customer service agents have to switch between tools to see a customer's feedback history. This breaks the seamless cross-border CX loop. I'd really appreciate it if they could build native, real-time bi-directional integrations with top enterprise tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, and Zendesk. Launching a custom REST API with pre-built connectors for in-house global tools would also be great. A live API feed for analytics would eliminate the need for static CSV exports and enable real-time global data dashboards.

You know how some software makes you pull your hair out with complicated menus and all? Not this one! It's so straightforward to create and design the surveys. Even for someone who is not a total techie, it's very manageable. That instant feedback and good analysis feature are really good.

I think theier analytics section is very basic, if it is improved it would be 100 times better!

The only downside I've noticed is that it can be a bit slow when working with large surveys or heavy response data. Keep it short but regardless of that, Not really anything major. Everything else is great and works just fine
