**What do you like best about Eptica Self Service?**

Our sales  group recently started a startup and we chose Eptica Self Service as a tool after taking into consideration recommendations from our friends. Few months after the purchase, I should say we couldn't be happier. We reduced the inbound emails by a significant amount after our customers started using this tool. This helps to cut down the outstanding questions our customers have. Our customer conversation numbers have increased manifold thanks in no small part played by Eptica.The implementation was a breeze and the support provided by the Eptica team has been top notch.

**What do you dislike about Eptica Self Service?**

There isn't much to dislike about this, but for the nitpickers, maybe the user interface can be revamped a little bit to be more catchy. But that is more like a personal opinion and so it could be the case that you are perfectly happy with the way things are now.

**What problems is Eptica Self Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were a lot of inbound emails that we didn't have the capacity to serve. The emails have reduced in half after we enabled Eptica self serve

**What do you like best about Eptica Self Service?**

Its excellent that the customers help themselves!! This is the next big thing in any b2c company who cant employ real customer support or for any business that is getting 100 of equal questions, day by day.

**What do you dislike about Eptica Self Service?**

The design is really not my style, but ok. There really isnt much to dislike about Eptica. Maybe when the AI will get more inteligent in time, but this is OK with me (for now).

**What problems is Eptica Self Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The nonsense questions when customers have on a daily basis are now resolved right away.
