
Engagely seems to be built for a very focused audience. In my view, the tool is a great fit for the BFSI segment because much of its bot training and many of its use cases are centered on banking and financial services. Another thing I really like about Engagely is that you can deploy bots across the main channels- email, social media channels like WhatsApp, and your website, so you can support customer-centric use cases wherever your customers are. This is very easy to use and implement in your premises. The customer support also is great as it helps customers to resolve their issues within minutes. They have wonderful products, but they can’t really be used for internal business functions, which is where I feel there’s a huge need. Bots can act as assistants and provide support across different business functions within a company, so I think Engagely is missing an opportunity here. I’d also like to see clearer use cases for industries beyond BFSI. They should consider expansion strategies that cover other sectors as well, such as e-commerce and edtech.
