# Can I get electronic copies of all employee's forms?

Can I get electronic copies of all employee's forms?  I would like to store them online

I would like to add that you can pull forms for specific plans as well separately as a batch or employee by employee. So, if you are looking to only pull the dental applications not all lines of coverage you can select that specific plan by checking the box next to the name of the plan under the benefits tab  in the BENEFITS tab, hit the Reports button and then select ENROLLMENT FORMS. The forms for JUST the Dental plan will then generate in your REPORTS Tab.

Yes, individually.  Navigate to the Employee's screen, then the Documents tab, then the Forms link.  All forms are batched together in a single PDF document with a cover sheet for each employee.  

I haven't found a way to download all of a group's employees' forms at once.  If anyone knows if this is possible, and how to do it, please chime in.

Yes, you can pull all the forms at once.  If you go to the BENEFITS tab and select the benefit you want forms for (one or multiple), then drop down REPORTS and you can select to pull Enrollment forms and get (1)  PDF of all the election/change forms for that benefit.
