I like the ease of use of Employee Navigator. It significantly reduces the amount of time it takes when someone makes a change because it links directly into Paylocity and updates payroll deductions. It keeps everything always up to date and reduces the risk of errors from data entry. I also appreciate that it integrates with all of our benefit sites for updates, making it a valuable tool in our daily activities. We also used it for Onboarding which saved time in getting signatures in advance of the first day worked for company policies.

From enrollment through deduction management, Employee Navigator handles benefits efficiently. It’s also helpful for payroll admins when validating data. It’s cost-efficient as well. Integration with ADP was very streamlined.

It’s easy to use and integrates well with G&A Partners.
