The support team is communicative, helpful and they really want to provide an excellent user experience. They look for creative solutions to issues. They listen to suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Emi?**

Some portions of the platform do not "flow" as expected. They require extra clicks or scrolling to the bottom of the screen. Not show stoppers, just minor slow downs.

**What problems is Emi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hire mass volumes of seasonal employees. Usage of EMI for screening candidates and scheduling interviews has saved our recruiters many hours of work. 
We also have access to analytics that we never had before.

**What do you like best about Emi?**

The agility to help you filter candidates and follow up for interviews will give you efficiency for other processes. The performance to be able to filter speeds up when you have a high number of positions, and when you want to talk to them, you will already have the data provided by the candidates themselves.

**What do you dislike about Emi?**

We could improve the platform to make it look modern and apply certain details to give each candidate a personalized treatment, such as assigning names to each of them. Take personal data and assign it to the number. In case they wish to apply for other vacancies, they can just fill in minimal data. Option to send a template message for: "start process for vacancy..." "ease of guiding you through the platform in "Search candidate" and it can move you to their location."

Support reducing the time of the filtering process. It will help you identify people who, according to your profile, would be suitable for the position so you can invite them for interviews. Ask them key questions necessary for the operation and in this way be certain that they match the requested profile.

As a priority for my company is the tracking of the different designited users, it would be great to find a way to present in the dashboard a summary of activities and achievements of the team rather than just the last day of connection

The control we have with each candidate and the tracking we carry out with each of them also gives us, as Recruitment, the option to review and approve candidates so they can continue with the hiring process.

What I have observed on the platform is that many candidates are left hanging because they do not have a Plant assigned. In this part, it can be reviewed in more detail to be able to assign them the Plant from the beginning so that many are not left hanging.

It is being automated to give more breadth to the processes we have and to the vacancies we also manage apart from those already on the Platform. This gives us more options in the Recruitment process.

It´'s a really easy platform that allows us to pre-filter candidates.
It shows you the most important/useful information about each candidate.
It helps you keep track of candidates and in what step of the process each of them are.

I think it should allow us to send specific messages to candidates when needed. (ex. in specific steps of the process you need to use alternate means for communication)

I no longer need to check paper applications.
I have the most relevant information of each candidate all in one place.
It saves time on tasks that aren´t helpful, and I can use that time for more meaningful parts of the process.

The reduction in time spent on application concentration, candidate profiling, and interview scheduling is incredible. Additionally, the extraction of indicators and usability behavior of the tool is something that, as a leader and data analyst, saves you a lot of time that you can invest in analysis and decision-making.

So far I have no dislikes, any need-improvement-opportunity area, the EMI team has helped us cover the request with a one-day difference after finding the point to improve. The service is as good as the tool.

Sometimes, as a user, we are not prepared to change our mindset, I think, it's useful to provide us with more examples of communication campaigns from other companies.

There is nothing I don't like, however, I would improve the analytics tab and maybe segment it according to the user, since not everyone uses the same KPIs or has the same approaches.
