**What do you like best about Elixirhr?**

Its very flexible for use in CRM enabling the company to get enough data on customer service and satisfaction with offered services, brings together all human resource data in one location which makes it easy to access and share with authorized persons, its cloud-based which gives customers a platform to share their views from anywhere anytime you can share your request for customer insight on social media and get in touch with your distant clients, offers a free demo before purchase, easily customizable to fit user's preferences. Its a great tool for tracking marketing campaign progress.

**What do you dislike about Elixirhr?**

slow customer support team, high price not much affordable by small scale users.

**Recommendations to others considering Elixirhr:**

Good choice especially for CRM.
