What problems is ElevenLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ElevenLabs, voiceovers were a genuine bottleneck. We were either waiting on freelance voice talent; sometimes 3 to 5 days per turnaround, or settling for robotic TTS that sounded like a GPS unit from 2009. Neither worked for the volume of content we were producing. The UI made onboarding fast. I had a working voiceover inside 15 minutes of signing up; no tutorial needed, no support ticket. The Projects interface in particular is laid out logically; multi-speaker scripts feel intuitive once you've done it once. Performance has been consistently reliable. Rendering a 3-minute script takes under 30 seconds, and I haven't hit downtime during a deadline in the months I've been using it. That kind of consistency matters when you're working against a client timeline. The API integration is clean - we plugged it into our content pipeline without much friction, and the documentation is clear enough that our developer didn't need to go back and forth with support. Speaking of which, the few times I did reach out, responses came back within a day and actually addressed the issue rather than pointing me to a generic FAQ. On pricing and ROI: we were spending $300-500/month on freelance VO work. The Creator tier costs a fraction of that. We went from 4 voiced pieces a month to around 20, without adding headcount. The AI voice quality is what made that possible; the multilingual output held up well across Spanish and French without separate fine-tuning, which opened up content we simply weren't producing before.
