The biggest thing I like about ElevenLabs is how natural the generated voices sound. I’ve mainly used it for college projects, presentations, demos, and video voiceovers, and it has saved me from having to record my voice repeatedly. The UI is also one of the things I like. It’s clean and fairly easy to understand, so I didn’t need much time to figure out how to generate and edit audio. The simple text to voiceover is incredible. The pricing is very affordable. It's easy to use. Lots of voices to pick from, there's clear licensing paths, and the credit system is fairly generous. Not to mention a ton of capability (voice cloning and integrations) being added all the time. It performs fast and the AI reads it fairly intelligently. While the credit system is generous, what it counts as words/characters can be frustrating, and if the voiceover messes up or comes out poorly, it uses up your credits. I have been following ElevenLabs for about 2 years now, and I am amazed every time as how realistic the solutions are of this tool, the Audio generation and video generations are super realistic and the tool itself is built very cleanly, the UI/UX are built in such a clean way thats its very easy to use. The only thing that i dislike about the tool is that sometimes its hard to find the right voice with the right tone, I have also used the agents of elevenlabs, sometimes its a bit difficult to find the right options right away. Elevenlabs is very easy to use, I love how quickly I can navigate from one feature to the next which makes the overall experience very user friendly. In terms of pricing I think its very fair for what you get. The platform offers a wide range of functions and features, and the value you receive for what you pay is excellent. In regards to performance, it does very well, the tools function quickly and as intended. I have not yet had the opportunity or need to speak to support but based on my experience so far I would imagine support is great as well. What I like about Elevenlabs is its large library of voices suitable for every use case, such as voices for narration, games, comedy, etc. Also, its diversity of languages that give you the option to reach international audiences. They have limited parameters to control how the final voice and its emotions should be and you can't switch between emotions in the same paragraph, you just can control the pitch and stability. I was running large TTS models on my server, and they were consuming a lot of GPU power and driving up my costs. Because of that, I switched to the Elevenlabs API for its highly realistic voices.
