# Which Consent Management Platform (CMP) Solutions Handle Consent Across Multiple Regional Markets and Domain Groups?

This is also where reviews in the CMP category diverge most by company size, since handling consent across regions and domains is mostly an enterprise and mid-market problem.

Usercentrics (4.4★, 229 reviews) — has the largest market presence in the category, and reviewers describe running consent across nine or more European countries from one account, with consent shared automatically across domains and subdomains, though more than one review notes that a genuinely multi-domain rollout takes noticeably longer to configure than a single site.

TrustArc (4.2★, 328 reviews) — carries the highest concentration of enterprise reviewers in the category, and reviewers describe it centralizing consent, data mapping, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions into one operational program, though several mention real cost and a learning curve that comes with that breadth.

Sourcepoint Dialogue (4.7★, 54 reviews) — smaller review base but the highest satisfaction of the three, and reviewers specifically describe managing consent across multiple domains, apps, and even connected TV or audio properties from a single dashboard, which lines up with its positioning toward publishers running many properties at once.

Has anyone actually run one of these across a genuinely large number of domains or regional markets at once, and if so, did it hold together as cleanly as these reviews suggest?

The part I’d test hardest is what happens when regional rules change independently. Centralized consent is useful, but a global setup still needs enough separation that changing requirements for one market don’t accidentally alter the experience everywhere else. I’d want to see how easily teams can inherit global defaults while maintaining regional exceptions.
