# ElevenLabs voices sound very human, but is the pricing worth it for article narration?

I have been impressed with ElevenLabs voice selection and how human sounding the voices are, especially for narrating web articles. The main downside for me is that pricing can feel expensive compared to options like OpenAI or Google. For anyone using it regularly, how do you decide when the voice quality is worth the extra cost, and what pricing or usage approach has worked best for you?

Yes, I think it’s worth it for article narration, especially because the voices sound very natural and save a lot of recording and editing time. The pricing can feel a little high for heavy use, though.
