"Difficult Setup, Affordable Option"

What do you like best about ElevenLabs?

I appreciate ElevenLabs for its affordability. The price point is attractive, and it provides an economical choice among other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElevenLabs?

I find ElevenLabs extremely difficult to set up and use, especially the API systems which are not user-friendly for those without technical knowledge or those with neurological disorders. The lack of graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and user interface (UI) control systems makes integrations and connections challenging. Although ElevenLabs offers more options, the models are not as good as those from other providers I have tried, such as hume.ai. Despite testing with ElevenLabs due to its lower price point, I rely on other providers for high-quality tasks. Currently, ElevenLabs does not solve problems for me, and I hope for significant improvement with future fine-tuning. I also find nothing particularly easy or beneficial to use compared to other providers, requiring a complete upgrade of their emotional awareness models. The ease of use, especially concerning Model Configuration Protocol (MCP) and utilizing large language models (LLM) for configuration, needs substantial improvement.
