**What do you like best about EKTEFA HRMS?**

The greatest strength of EKTEFA HRMS is that it is fully built around local German human resource policies and compliance requirements, which fits our daily operation needs perfectly at VEDA GmbH. Its built-in time tracking module strictly follows Arbeitszeitgesetz, automatically regulating working hours, rest periods and overtime rules, so our HR team does not need to spend extra time checking rule violations manually. The payroll function is pre-set in line with German local tax standards and various mandatory social security contribution rules, which largely avoids calculation errors in monthly salary settlement. It fully complies with GDPR data management standards, covers employee self-service, leave approval and daily HR administrative work. This platform has successfully helped our team cut down massive repetitive paperwork and greatly boosted overall work efficiency. The basic system setup is easy to handle, and the official onboarding guidance is practical and clear, allowing our team to get started smoothly in a short period.

**What do you dislike about EKTEFA HRMS?**

The third-party software integration performance still needs obvious improvement. We adopt multiple professional local German payroll and financial management tools in daily work, but the data synchronization between EKTEFA HRMS and these tools is not stable enough. We frequently face data delay and content mismatch during information transmission, forcing our HR staff to spend extra time checking and revising all data manually. It would be much better if the developer could launch more official dedicated connectors for mainstream German local business software, or open more complete API access to enhance cross-platform compatibility.
