# What are the highest-rated Infor M3 resellers for achieving significant production efficiency and lead time improvements?

The efficiency gains show up after go-live, which means the answer depends as much on post-launch support quality as on implementation speed in the Infor M3 resellers category.

These four resellers seem to specialize in different halves of the same lead-time number: shop-floor cycle time versus inbound and outbound logistics versus forecasting accuracy, and improving one half doesn't guarantee the other moves at all. A reseller focused on production floor workflows could tighten cycle time nicely and still leave lead time roughly flat if the actual bottleneck was sitting in procurement or logistics the whole time. Worth asking which half of the lead-time number a given engagement is actually targeted at before crediting or blaming the reseller for the overall figure.
