  ### 1. Terrible SOW and Terrible Customer Service

**What do you like best about Eide Bailly?**

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them in good conscious. They have failed to deliver twice on our two projects with them. We are currently using an UpWork developer with much better results.

**What do you dislike about Eide Bailly?**

We have several issues with our dialer integration and SF. We asked them for help, so they charged us five grand to assemble an SOW.  After waiting five weeks, we received the SOW, which quoted irrelevant work and didn't address our two main issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Eide Bailly:**

Think twice before you engage with Eide Bailly. They have twice failed to meet our most basic expectations. And when asked to credit a portion or all of our deposit back, Brandon Walker, the account rep who was working with us said: "Unfortunately, we will not be offering a credit on the A&D project, since our team delivered what was promised in terms of Development recommendations and the level of effort. I know you mentioned that you had already started looking at other vendors that better meet your needs. We wish you the best of luck."

This entire experience was a poor customer experience, followed by even worse customer service.

**What problems is Eide Bailly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a few bugs with our call flow in SalesForce. We have used them in the past with mixed results and thought this time would be better. It wasn't.

**Describe the project or task Eide Bailly helped with:**

We had a requirement to create a software platform that would allow us to offer our customers and specific industries customized offers to support the use of our printers. At that time, our internal development opportunities were limited, and there was little time in a rapidly changing market.

To support the sale of our printers, we needed a quick system development that we could continue to develop internally in the future as we built the team.

**What do you like best about Eide Bailly?**

Technological expertise and exceptional communications skills.

**What do you dislike about Eide Bailly?**

I really don't have any critiques of Eide Bailly. My experience has been that good.

**Recommendations to others considering Eide Bailly:**

Eide Bailly provides comprehensive services that are largely supportive. The team's wide range of knowledge is impressive.

**What problems is Eide Bailly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were always open to discussing approaches based on my experience and the experience of other colleagues, and they contributed professionally. At the beginning of the project, we jointly discovered a latent requirement that required a plan / schedule change and they were able to quickly reconfigure the plan and architecture to support this, resulting in more phased delivery of the software system, allowing us to deliver parts of the system to customers earlier than planned.
