The flight booked great, and was easy. Booking Hotels was good and they book via the Marriott program, so I was able to sort on that which meant I got the best, most convenient hotel, but still within corp policy. **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** It was a little challenging to use at first, but I could see how some things were optimized for people that book often, and can be quick when you are familiar with the tool. Refused to honor the deal after itinerary has been issued. Requested cancellations by a delay call and provide all kind of false information just to convince you to make the cancellation. We use a central travel billing credit card. We have seen dramatic time savings due to; 1) Little/no need for Credit Card Authorization Forms (requires selecting "Pay Online" or "Paid by my company") which in turn means no longer calling hotels over and over to request the traveler's folio that are required for expense reports. 2) All air, hotel and train receipts are available from the trip itinerary - so we no longer have to print to PDF the flight receipts at time of booking, nor search through email for receipts 3) Custom data fields on trave booking pages capture all data needed for catagorization or billing back to clients 4) Lowering overall travel expendatures due to Egenica's negotiated rates. **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** Due to Amtrak's systems being outdated, the interation with Egencia does not provide receipts for any changes made to a booking after the intial purchase ex. seat upgrades. **What problems is Egencia by Amex GBT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlines purchase and receipt access which has reduced the time to book and manage an employee' trip by 75% ### 18. Once upon a time that feature of part of the receipting process, but now it is not.
