iQor is one of the largest Call Center Companies. You can ensure that you will get the support you needed, far beyond expectations.

iQor have been handling large accounts based in the United States such as Metro by TMobile and TMobile.

**What do you like best about iQor?**

The best is the Way they handle the Issues governed by the Customers of different Clients who are working with IQor regarding the assistance.

**What do you dislike about iQor?**

There is nothing we could dislike about IQor as they are leading outsourcing company today which are doing work for their Clients.

**Recommendations to others considering iQor:**

I would really recomment IQor to other Business as well because they provide a Quality and Clear all the issues and work with Patience .

**What problems is iQor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iqor is helping businesses to solve their issues with the Customers as they provide Chat and Voice Process Customer Care agents who assist the customers all over the world to clear the issues

Channel optimization, ease of outsourcing for remote work which lowers costs

**What do you dislike about iQor?**

Most agents are overseas thus there are cultural barriers

**Recommendations to others considering iQor:**

Cost of onboarding vs outsourcing. This is great for technical support but I would not recommend for customer support

**What problems is iQor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outsourcing technical and customer support
