Also nice that you can save your loyalty program information so as a company and as an employee you can continue to earn perks for your travel. **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** Sometimes for hotels it can be a little bit cheaper to book direct if your employee is a part of their loyalty program. **Recommendations to others considering Egencia by Amex GBT:** If you have more than 3 people traveling a few times per year. It's worth looking at Egencia. Additionally, you not only have flight bookings, but you will also find trains, hotels, and cars, which is really awesome! **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** What I found that seriously needs to change is the way to search the invoices. It is not easier, and you need to go one by one, slide by slide. Sometimes, even when you write the correct name, it doesn't find anything or just gets blocked. You have to be very specific, and even so, sometimes there are difficulties in finding what you are looking for. What I dislike is some spam emails being sent. The last thing I want to deal with is going to several websites to try to organize a trip and then have to stay on top of all of them to manage it, not to mention making sure that all of the sites have all of my information (credit cards, loyalty numbers, preferences, etc.) The benefit is that I have everything in one place and it takes me a few minutes at most to organize and plan a trip, and it's just as simple to make changes to my trip.
