# How do I redeem reward incentives through Egencia?

When booking a hotel through Egencia, I was able to use my rewards card and redeem rewards, which is great! the only issue is that I had just signed up for a certain rewards program and received a promotional incentive to redeem substantial bonus rewards for booking my first night stay directly trough the hotel website. Although I had definitely gotten a cheaper rate through Egencia, is there any way to also redeem the bonus rewards that were offered?
