Echobox Social Pricing Overview

I really like Echobox Social for several reasons. First of all, I appreciate the training provided which makes using the software easy from the start, which is a huge plus for me. Then, Echobox Social allows me to schedule the posting of posts on Facebook and other social networks on a weekly basis, which greatly facilitates the management of my publications and saves me a lot of time. This scheduling feature is extremely useful because it allows for easy management of posting and thus reaching more of our fans on Facebook, which increases traffic to our website. Moreover, the traffic generated by Echobox Social on Facebook and other platforms is a great incentive for me to continue renewing each year. This ability to post at the right time helps me to drastically extend my reach. Finally, I find it to be an incredibly useful tool for increasing our online presence. If you are truly concerned about keeping up with algorithms and maximizing engagement through social media, Echobox cannot keep pace with the rapidly changing networks.

When we asked to cancel the software, we were pointed to terms and conditions on their website. At no point while using the software were we directly contacted about auto-renewals or updates to the terms. Unless you reach out to them, you will never hear from your customer service representative.

When we made it clear we were ready to leave, they provided us with the following option:

Option 1: In return for granting an early cancellation of your subscription contract, we kindly request that you leave two top-rated reviews on each of the following platforms: Capterra, G2, TrustRadius, and Google. Once you provide evidence of these reviews and we've had a chance to review them, we can proceed with the contract cancellation.
