I really like Echobox Social for several reasons. First of all, I appreciate the training provided which makes using the software easy from the start, which is a huge plus for me. Then, Echobox Social allows me to schedule the posting of posts on Facebook and other social networks on a weekly basis, which greatly facilitates the management of my publications and saves me a lot of time. This scheduling feature is extremely useful because it allows for easy management of posting and thus reaching more of our fans on Facebook, which increases traffic to our website. Moreover, the traffic generated by Echobox Social on Facebook and other platforms is a great incentive for me to continue renewing each year. This ability to post at the right time helps me to drastically extend my reach. Finally, I find it to be an incredibly useful tool for increasing our online presence. The tool is not reliable and often requires intervention to fix automations. The setup process is not easy and needs assistance from both the Dev team and Echobox support. The platform can disconnect unexpectedly, making dependence on customer support necessary. It was difficult to manage LinkedIn profiles, and trying new platforms was expensive due to the business model.
