What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a medium-sized company and decided to work with Echobox 3 years ago to optimize our social media work, especially on Facebook. Echobox has given us the opportunity to optimize the management of social scheduling, the selection of content to focus on (thanks to the "Score" system that rates the posts), and to increase the shared content, especially thanks to artificial intelligence that automatically schedules the release of content through the "Optimal" function, choosing the best time to do so. We have also been able to monitor content performance with the insights provided to better guide us: all in an organized and easy-to-use environment. Echobox is definitely the best system for social media management, especially when compared to the same internal service provided by Meta, which is cumbersome, inconvenient, and very limited (for example, it is impossible to duplicate content to schedule it multiple times over a certain period). The Meta system completely lacks any form of automation and optimization of publication times. Additionally, Echobox allows for the modification of link-post titles, making it excellent for creating a perfect trigger for the platform, freeing itself, for example, from SEO.
