**What do you like best about EBQ?**

The VP of sales does a great job finding solutions that meet your needs. His sales team is top notch and you can tell that EBQ works to helping clinets instead of getting commissions.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

I cannot say that I have any issues with EBQ now. They were able to pivot when we ran into snags and I think that is one of their strengths. Flexibility is the key to customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

Get to know the VP and make your intentions clear on the relationship. Having a broker partner like EBQ is a valuable asset but there are others in the market and now that they have a quality sales force I am sure that they will be a good fit for you and your company

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, EBQ was a great partner that helped me solve antivirus and monitoring issues as well as Security Awareness Trainings for my employees. Their partnerships with many companies allows them flexibility to find a turnkey solution. I had a few issues about a year ago with some new sales persons but that issue has been resolved and they are back to hiring quality sales team. Great job EBQ

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

They are very positive and willing to partner. During months when they've fallen short, they've taken steps to correct issues quickly and get things going in a forward momentum.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

EBQ is not inexpensive, so the learning phase for us has been expensive. I think their services are probaby best served for businesses who are more seasoned than ours. With that said, they've still be very willing to change course and try new strategies.

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

Make sure you have a solid strategy in place before engaging any lead gen agency. And be sure that you have solid processes in place if you have an internal team in addition to EBQ's team. Being organized in your CRM will only serve to improve the experience for everyone. Also, be sure you have a solid marketing strategy in place. Don't rely solely on a lead gen firm as your sole source of marketing. You'll need to have robust marketing efforts in place that surround your outbound demand gen program to help convert leads.

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EBQ is helping our business with lead generation. Their team isn't shy about picking up the phone and connecting with prospects. We're still learning which messaging works best, but they have been very positive and willing to try a variety of messaging and scripts with us.

I'm coming at this as a client. The EBQ team has been by far the best BDR team that I have ever worked with. They bring us great leads and are always seeking feedback and improvement. I highly recommend their service and expertise.

I don't like not having an online chat that will quickly clear up my doubts and be able to have a more understood and real conversation.

Their onboarding process was good. But that's the extent of it.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

The results were nonexistent. They do not handle their failure professionally.

EBQ was a complete waste of company time and resources. 

Unfortunately they're not able to deliver sales or appointments. 

When we cancelled they insisted on pretending to work for an additional month and then sending us to collections. 

Ridiculous behavior from someone that should have been a good partner, we could have scaled them from 2 reps to 20.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

I can't find anything good from their services. They don't even meet any criteria during a pilot.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

We’ve been working with 2 lead generation companies for 3-month pilots before any potential long-term partnership opportunities.

And one of them, EBQ has underperformed too much, generating only 2 leads for two months even though the agreement says they will bring “estimated” 12 leads by 2 reps, which is only 16.5% achievement from the mutually agreed expectation. This is understandable, for we were able to stop the pilot right away, but I realized all they did was to use an automated email sending tool with poor content and they refused to adjust the original performance cost. This is not okay.

I don't really want this kind of damage to hurt their future clients, especially enterprise startups. So I’d like to get this issue more publicly recognized in every review site to improve our work culture & partnership ethics in the industry.

To prohibit this similar situations from happening to your orgs, please make sure your partnership agreement clearly shows the minimum guaranteed goal and prepares countermeasures in case of failure to achieve it for both parties.

We wanted to generate leads in our ICPs with a sales augmentation partnership. But they were not even close to our expectation.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

Nice people, promising literature, accessible

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

Poor performance, poor execution, did not take full advantage of our assets, cookie-cutter design.  I provided multiple opportunities for them to dial in an approach that would leverage our 20-years of experience but they continued with their cookie cutter approach.  They admitted the rep assigned to our account was new and not the best fit, they also acknowledged they failed to properly follow up with leads from content consumption on our site but offered no goodwill to compensate.  When I asked for a plan I got excuses and nothing in writing that conveyed any sense of confidence that this company could deliver.  At the end of the day its just a bunch of people sending emails and making phone calls.

We asked EBQ and a competitor to go head to head for 3 months generating leads in our market. We took a list, split it evenly, trained both companies on our pitch and conversation, and let them roll. 

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

They are so professional. They do what they say they're going to do, and then some. They also go month to month on their engagements, meaning they have to perform. 

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

It is going to take 2- 3 months for them to hit their stride, but that's to be expected. And I guess if pressed, I'd say that I'd love to be able to hear (via recording) the conversations just so we'd have more intel. 

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

Use them. They get it done. Comparing them to their competition, I'd never go with anyone else. The others who force you into longer contracts know that's their economic model. EBQ's model is built on delivering again and again and again. 

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hiring, training, on boarding and management of the SDR/BDR position. Working with them, it was so much easier to get results because I wasn't focused on finding and hiring the talent. They took care of that and then went out and cleaned up in lead gen.

**Describe the project or task EBQ helped with:**

We were tasked with clearing out a backlog of MQLs and automating our MQL assignment and follow up process. We had a lead backlog of about 1000 leads with hundreds more being delivered monthly. EBQ called and qualified those leads to arrange appointments for our Account Executives.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

The structure of the work done for us stood out the most. It was very clear who was being followed up, what the last and next steps were, and where in the lead generation pipeline a prospect was. Along the same lines, EBQ (our project manager specifically) was very responsive to our desire to prioritize specific leads that were in our sweet spot. We were able to continuously work with our team in order to refine and improve our lead follow up process. 

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

We lost a little organizational knowledge because of our use of EBQ. We were more expeditious and rigorous following a process, but a bit less nuanced.

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

There is a significant amount of upfront work required to make sure that EBQ and your resources understand the value proposition, the buyer personas, and the ideal outcomes. Once that initial work is done, the process is closer to set and forget.

Using EBQ meant I could have a hands off approach on our inbound lead generation process and instead focus on targeted outbound work.

EBQ is responsible for vetting leads we provide to their consulting organization and turns them into sales opportunities for a focused Market Segment.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

EBQ is very good when it comes to qualifying the lead records we provide,  They are most strong in having conversations with current customers and X-Selling into this market segment.  I believe that as they mature within the industry, their comfort in relaying a value proposition increases.  They also do an excellent job of getting the appropriate contact to engage in a CTA.  

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

Methodology for how we like to sell and EBQ sometimes comes into conflict.  EBQ seems to be better at warm leads versus cold calling.  

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

Make sure the campaign is focused, easy, executable and time is invested in the organization.  Sound advice for any partnership.

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EBQ has helped us hit our pipeline goals by getting our market to trial our products and services and they do this in a very professional manner.  I like their team hierarchy and the means by which they function internally.  They are quick, responsive and receptive to various campaigns and can adapt accordingly.

Over a 2 year period, EBQ helped with multiple lead generation projects with specific targets for each one.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

The EBQ staff is very professional and personable.  They learned our products quickly and were able to get prospects on the phone, qualify them, and keep them engaged long enough to drive up interest to confirm a one hour to 90 minute follow up meeting with our experts.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

There were no downsides.  They were able to quickly shift to our various campaigns and help us refine those campaigns by offering great suggestions.

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

Read through their on-boarding process.  It's a well thought-out process but you still might want to refine certain elements for your specific needs.  Just ask them to walk you through it.

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two objectives/benefits:  1) Helping us gain higher name recognition by presenting us to a much larger group of prospects than we could have on our own, and 2) Generating a set of high quality leads that ultimately lead to product demos, evaluations, and purchases.

EBQ helps qualify and follow up on sales leads for us, with personnel dedicated to our account.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

People are great, can-do attitude, results have been solid, made this whole process easy.  Also very responsive to any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

Not crazy about the no Friday policy.  Would prefer to have 5 days/week coverage but understand they are trying to retain good people.

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had too many inbound sales leads for our internal team to handle so we outsourced to EBQ.  They have implemented new tools to support us, worked with our phone people to allow calls to go directly there, and done a great job with training and oversight.  We have been able to focus on selling the qualified leads and leaving the qualification to them

**Describe the project or task EBQ helped with:**

EBQ  was initially tasked with contacting and qualifying a glut of event leads that were quickly heading towards stale. At the time, we did not have enough inside staff to follow up on all ourselves. The engagement grew roughly 300% in 6 months and in a year, replaced all inside sales reps. In the 2nd year we also contracted EBQ's data group to help us revamp our Salesforce.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

The consummate professionalism of every single staff member.
The rapid response rate for service and project related questions and issues.
The sheer effort of all in the face of a difficult niche product suite in a niche target market and later the frighteningly tangled mess in our Salesforce. The learning curve here was more than daunting.
The results consistently outperformed expectations throughout the entirety of the engagement and on both projects.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

Nothing, other than that our business has changed in such a way that we can no longer maintain our engagement with EBQ. I dislike that immensely.

**Recommendations to others considering EBQ:**

You get out what you put in. EBQ is excellent. But you also must be a great customer with realistic expectations, specific goals, and the ability to provide EBQ with the information and training necessary for them to excel as your brand ambassadors.

**What problems is EBQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two main problems or goals were:

Lead Qualification and Generation - Primary long term project, this lasted approx. 2 years. EBQ consistently booked more appointments and qualified more leads than we had tasked them with. These numbers continued to increase exponentially over the course of the project.

Separate 2 previous companies merged instances of Salesforce
While the minutiae of this task is impossible to detail here, I continue to be amazed at the ability of EBQ to do so much, so well in such a short span of time (we only had 3 months to do this).

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

How eager and responsive they are. They are always on time for weekly calls and are asking for more people to call.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

The only thing I can say is we have a very complex product and it's difficult to speak about, but EBQ does a great job at explaining our goals and mission to prospects. They engage callers.

We are expanding our sales funnel and lead generation. They have arranged meetings with leads that have led to successful deals.

I've utilized EBQ a few times in the last 5 years. They helped qualify inbound calls before we put prospects on the phone with an account exec. This frees up the AE to talk to qualified pipeline and keeps them on the phone working on demos and deals rather than qualifying leads. 

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

Really easy to use. Very responsive and professional. Great communications with weekly check-ins to discuss progress and roadblocks (and we cancel the meetings or finish them early if there's less to talk about). 

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

Can't think of anything. Kind of new to outsourcing this away from our office, but it worked great.

We needed to scale our phone operations. They helped us add phone reps quickly!

I engaged EBQ to target a very specific niche in the Healthcare space across the country.  Needing to get in contact with specific roles in Payer organizations, EBQ's lead-generation efforts was the fastest way to start creating appointments.

**What do you like best about EBQ?**

1) EBQ asked lots of questions during the ramp up, making sure they understood our product, our market and the personas of our key decision-makers.
2) The assigned project manager as the go-to-person.
3) The volume of calls and appointments by EBQ.

**What do you dislike about EBQ?**

There was not much to dislike.  They made a tremendous effort to get us appointments in a very difficult market.
