The two main problems or goals were:
Lead Qualification and Generation - Primary long term project, this lasted approx. 2 years. EBQ consistently booked more appointments and qualified more leads than we had tasked them with. These numbers continued to increase exponentially over the course of the project.
Separate 2 previous companies merged instances of Salesforce
While the minutiae of this task is impossible to detail here, I continue to be amazed at the ability of EBQ to do so much, so well in such a short span of time (we only had 3 months to do this). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
