The single most important factor that distinguishes EBlEarn is the capacity to share training materials which is the mandatory requirement of the dissemination process. Uploading documents and videos is straightforward , and the fine permission controls guarantee only those who can access have the right. Personally, I felt that Moore fell short, and EBLearn felt a bit primitive. it has very simple functions and there are no learning facilities or tracking of user participation.
