  ### 7. State of the art labeling platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Séraphin G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

I've been using Kili for 6 months now on a wide range of labeling use cases (both computer vision and NLP).
The stability offered by the tool is essential when you have tight deadlines and high volumes of data to annotate.

Our team of 1000+ workers is used to the tool, we've been easily able to integrate our workforce management tool to Kili with the SSO feature.

The workflow feature, allows us to implement step by step our labeling projects to customize them for each need.

Last but not least, the analytics tab is crucial, even more when the pool of workforce is that large.
The figures and metrics provided are accurate and cover all the critical items.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

The video annotations features are not yet wide (only b.box) but we've been told the release in Q2 2023, will integrate polygons and landmarks so as to cover the full scope of use cases.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kili allows us to extend our catalog of use cases and to have only one annotation tool instead of one per need (computer vision, segmentation, NLP).
Based on the performance of the tool, we've been able to work faster and with fewer technical issues.

  ### 8. Complete Annotation platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evi T. | Data Annotator Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Kili?**

One of the fantastic aspects of this platform are the quality monitoring features, which make it easier to ensure that the labeled data is accurate and reliable. Additionally, the collaboration features are useful, because it allows team members to work together, sharing progress and ensuring efficiency.
Very intuitive user-friendly interface too, making the labeling process seamless and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

I would like to see more advanced analytics to better monitor my team productivity and mine as well. Today I have a bit of trouble to see where and how I can accelerate my work.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kili is solving several issues for me, including the control of the quality and my team and I labels. It is very important for us because otherwise, we need to do it again.
Also, the collaboration between the team and our clients are way more seamless in the tool with the review and q&a features.

  ### 9. Great service, good product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbert R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

Kili stands out in its customer service. They provide great help with onboarding and provide the right resources for setting up your first projects. When one of our team mates has a question, the reply from kili is always fast and helpful. They are very open to new feedback and that is always great to see. Furthermore, they provided us with some help getting acquainted with the quality assurance tools they have.

The product itself is also pretty nice to use. Labeling is fast, and the experience is quite customizable with plenty of options for each project and keyboard shortcuts to make the experience fast.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

The platform looks great, and serves our needs, but some features are missing. One of the features we would have liked to see is regarding text annotation projects in images. Right now, we need to upload OCR data with the image (for which kili provided a tutorial) but it would have been great if this is done automatically.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kilii is helping us label data faster than before. This is for two reasons: smoother labeling experience, and easy collaboration between labelers.

Another issue kili is helping us with is higher quality data: The reason is twofold. First, the QA tools they provide. And second, because the experience is better, the quality of the labeling has improved.

  ### 10. Really Good For Labelling Imagery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Poojan V. | Nothing Student Ambassador , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Kili?**

The seamless interface is what I liked the most. I used the platform to label and tag images, and I found it so easy and efficient, the best labeler I have used so far. Its integrations using its API make it just better.
Another point I want to mention is the helpful community and staff, I joined their slack server, and they helped other users and me with complete dedication.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

I honestly find the bugs/breakage of elements in Kili a bit annoying. I understand it's new, so it'll be perfect if they get fixed up! There are some general issues with the dashboard, like sometimes login doesn't work correctly, or there might be some issue with cookies that prevent me from accessing the website. A workaround I found was to use incognito until the staff fixes the issue.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kili is making it very user-friendly to tag and label all kinds of data. For a problem of shortage of well-labeled data in artificial intelligence, a tool like Kili is a great solution!

  ### 22. A nice tool to optimize your work with images

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julien G. | Machine Learning Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

The IHM is very simple and easy to apprehend. The shortkeys in particular are very usefull and help a lot when you treat large amounts of images. It's a very usefull tool to process big numbers of pictures.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

Sometimes the IHM can be slow : the time between images can be a little too long, which can be irritating when doing basic repeated tasks like it's intended ! And it's not possible to modify some keyboard shortcuts to your preference (most of them are, but there's still a few to add).

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The task of labelling large amounts of images is very slow and painful, because it involves repetition, under a concentrated state of mind that makes it error-prone : the Kili tools make that simplier and faster.

  ### 23. A usefull software, and a little bit more...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

A software to engage both labelers and business lines into the necessary but tedious task of labelling and annotating, served by a dedicated team listening to your issues.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

The software allows many possibilities thanks to its SDK, but it would have been more interesting to have more native functionalities, avoiding adding code to have a specific job done.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kili provides an interface facilitating labeling and annotating tasks, on which many labelers can connect and do their job without fearing any loss of data or work.

  ### 24. Best tool to manage quality at scale and good support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raphael R. | Head of Data Science, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

Kili is probably the best tool to manage the quality of the labeled data at scale: advanced filtering, advanced workflow to orchestrate QA, programmatic QA, issue tracking & resolution.

The support is also great. They are competent, available, and definitely nice.

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

Video interface has been unstable sometimes.
The programmatic integration with S3 bucket is not yet straight forward.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We labeled video and image from drones to assess risk on critical infrastucture. We used to have another solution but we were struggling managing properly the quality at scale. The previous tool was mainly focused on productivity but when it is detrimental to quality, it is useless. Kili just nailed it. We estimate 30% cost decrease.

**Reviewed by:** Rasia f. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Kili?**

Thanks to team management capabilities, it is possible to create roles and to assign tasks to each person. This way, the client and labeling team can cooperate, making it more easy too create training datasets

**What do you dislike about Kili?**

Filtering the dataset could be improved, for exemple using negative filter and associating them with other filters.

**What problems is Kili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a ground truth with manual data labeling is usually long and reviewing 100% of the data is highly inefficient. Kili allows us to set a reviewing percentage (or a consensus percentage) which allow us to verify that the data is well labaled.

  ### 31. A good tool to have in your ML flows
