**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

It is very easy to use for scheduling staff. I like how I can plug in people with a preceptor and easily mark who is precepting with a different color banner. I like having the separate job labels, it makes it easier to organize.

It is quick to add a new employee and email them their username and password.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

When placing a staff member with a preceptor then the orientee cannot see their schedule. But we found a way to add a new job code as orientation and add that person their so they can see their schedule.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I emailed them about helping me add a new job to make the scheduling easier, and they emailed me back right away with a video on exactly how to do it.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

EasyShifts has honestly been the best scheduling site I've used being in my position! It truly is so easy to create the schedules, update anything and the team loves it as well! The fact that I can mark absences from the schedule is amazing! I think that the master schedule is the best part of EasyShifts to me! Making the schedule for my team has always been time consuming, but having the master schedule makes it go by so much faster. I'm very excited that we have switched to EasyShifts.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

There's nothing I truly dislike about it, only negative I would say is when I get a call in I'm unable to update the call-in on the app, it has to be on the website, but I am able to log into the website from my phone still, so that is a plus.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How long it would take me to create schedules for my team. It's so much easier and faster than I would've thought!

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

I find EasyShifts incredibly easy to use, making it simple to enter shifts, switch shifts, and create templates. It's very user-friendly, even for new hires, who can figure it out quickly. I appreciate that it's clear and easy to view on both a computer and the app on a phone. In my thirty-year career, this is the best scheduling program I have used. It provides access to all of my team members, making scheduling much simpler.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

There's not much that I would change. But if there was a way to add a role or additional departments after it is created, I'm not sure how that would work. If there are already people scheduled on that day or week.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EasyShifts because it's simpler to use, all my team members have access, and it's user-friendly for new hires. It eases scheduling by making it easy to enter shifts, switch them, and create templates. The app is clear and accessible on both computers and phones.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

I like that EasyShifts makes it easy for workers to see their shifts and for our PRN employees to pick up shifts. It also helps rejuvenate the work hour percentage.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

What could be improved is the issue with adding new hires. I have to make them wait until the following month to post their schedules. If I already created and published the schedule, when we get a new hire, I have to go back in, delete it, and then republish it. This process removes the days and requests off from the staff already scheduled. It's kinda hard, and I end up manually writing down their schedules until the following month. I feel like if I put them into EasyShifts, it should update automatically.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EasyShifts to manage staff block scheduling, enable shift trades, request days off, and maintain staffing levels. It simplifies reviewing schedules on mobile, improves communication, eliminates paper schedules, and helps PRN employees pick up shifts easily.

I appreciate that it's easy to make the schedule out for a month at a time with EasyShifts. The template feature is great because I don't have to move staff around daily to put them into the shifts they need to be in. It makes planning so much smoother.

Sometimes the mobile app does not work when I am wanting to compose a note to send out to staff

I use EasyShifts for scheduling my staff. It helps me see hours of overtime and open shifts that need filling. The template feature makes it easy to schedule for a month, saving me from moving staff daily.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

Since our company has four locations, I really like how we can separate our employees by location. It's very easy to distinguish between each location as they are different colors. EasyShifts is very user friendly and we've really enjoyed having it.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

The only thing I've noticed about EasyShifts is that it does log me out quite frequently if I'm not active on the page. Other than that, I've had no issues! It's a great tool that we can use alongside ADP.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we moved to EasyShifts, employees could not see which location or which provider their coworkers were working with each day. EasyShifts has made that possible for everyone to keep track of when and where employees are working or if they are taking time off.

EasyShifts is very user friendly. I am not very computer savvy but I find this site easy to maneuver.

It is solving the issue of having to use paper schedules. The convenience of the app is a huge bonus.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

Our department rolled out EasyShifts pretty quickly and I love the ease of use.  It is really easy to navigate and we are continually learning new features each day.  It is great that we can reach out to Collin via email to assist us and we set up touch-base calls to get anything we need answered.  

I love that my team can have it on their cell phone and know exactly which location and time they are working.  Also, to minimize human error, my team can request switches with each other too.  Also, regardless how comfortable my team is with technology, they can navigate EasyShifts like a breeze.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

There isn't anything that we dislike yet.  We wished that we could stop partial shifts until we are ready to allow our partners to pick that up.  However, Collin is great and taking that feedback back to his team.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EasyShifts makes scheduling easy and allows our partners to essentially set their own shifts.  While we have a couple requirements/parameters, our partners feel like they are in control of their schedule.

Easy shift is so easy all ages can use it. This has simplified our scheduling as our department is about 40 and we have 5 different desk they need to be scheduled at 24/7. This has helped with communication. This also has helped empower partners by giving them the ability to work their own schedules that fit their life better.

I like how easy it is to use both as the facility admin & as an employee. I also love that it makes edits in real time and as soon as its made, its saved. Colin is also a wonderful support from the Easy Shifts team during the trainings & even after if there are any questions.

As a lead of a senior living community easy shifts has been helpful by making it extremly easy to schedule staff on a variety of shifts. Being able to schedule different shift times outside of our normal shifts has kept things organized and has kept staff infromed.

I havent had any issues with easy shifts so I dont think there is anything I dislike about using easyshifts.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

EasyShifts integration was very easy, they do all of the font lodaing to get your schedule in for you. The training they provide is phenonmenal. EasyShifts is very easy to use for all staff. It makes the schedule more user friendly and easier to use for the scheduler and the staff. We have found less errors since utilizing this platform. The customer support is amazing, they respond quickly and efficently to any questions/concerns; customer support is truly unmatched. I would hihgly recommend this platform.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

The only thing we have found thus far, is the inability to delete last mandation dates.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reduced the time the scheduler needs to complethe schedule, previously was having a massive amount of overtime for our scheduler to complete the schedule, with easyshifts it has decreased the hours needed to spend on schedule. It has also reduced the number of scheudling errors.

As the Staffing Coordinator for a healthcare facility, I need to be able to access and change schedules with ease. EasyShifts allows me to do that.

I have not found anything that the EasyShifts staff hasn't been able to help me accomplish. Great customer service!

.EasyShifts is very easy and simple  to use and our staff enjoy the ability to pick up shifts one their own. It definitely streamlines the process of scheduling. It takes me out as a middle man. Saves me a lot of time compared to our paper schedule!

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

I wish you could see the entire schedule, not just your personal schedule on the mobile app.

Saving me time when the schedule changes constantly. Keeps up with who called in, who uses PTO, etc.  Very easy to use.

Ease of scheduling. I do wish the Holiday schedule was a bit more user friendly. I'm still doing old school process for that.

Schedule is available to staff in real time. Staff can modify their alert settings to receive texts or emails on changes.You can also customize staffing areas within a department. For example, we separate all of our imaging modalities for quick view of who is staffing where.

The mobile application has extremely limited functionality. Staff can only see their own schedule which limits them when trying to coordinate swaps. I also would like to see functionality allowing admin to send alerts to staff through easy shifts, like open shifts and last minute staffing needs.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem was staff could not immediately see schedule changes. Our old excel template required us to send alerts to staff everytime changes were made and staff could only access through a hospital device. At times we had several versions of the schedule floating about and no one knew which was the latest. EasyShifts allows any user to access the most up to date schedule at any moment from any device.

We enjoy that when logged into EasyShifts it is so easy to see everybody's work schedule, and the number of features it has is awesome as well. We use it for a lot of different things.

EasyShifts has solved our problems with clocking in and out, the app makes it very easy for our employees to make sure they are clocking in and out properly. It also makes it very easy for workers to pick up open shifts when we need them.

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

It saves me so much time, especially from previously entering a schedule for 3 different locations manually into excel, also then getting locked out when other staff are in looking at it, or when they accidentally change something.  That is totally gone with Easy Shifts :)

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

It took a bit of getting used to functionality wise and knowing how to label or track some things, but with help from Jamin it was great!

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a huge time saver, and overall much less of a thinking process than it was with our prior process!  It is easy to access, and unlike our previous process more than 1 person can be signed into the schedule at once, so I don't get blocked out!

**What do you like best about EasyShifts?**

I appreciate the fact that EasyShifts is so user friendly.   It puts the power of the employees schedule in their hands.  No more misunderstandings, missed requests, and wondering if everyone knows of the available shifts.  The schedule is all up to date so employees are able to see it in real time which is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

I would like the ability to run reports on sick calls.   I don't think that is an option currently or if it is I am not sure how to find it.

**What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of utilizing EasyShits is that I monlinger have multiple people requesting time off in various ways.  It left a lot of room for errors and missed requests.

Bright colors, easy to use, very intuitive!  We have been using this software for probably 10 years or longer and really enjoy it.  Especially when having to integrate multiple shifts across various times--invaluable!

**What do you dislike about EasyShifts?**

It is somewhat frustrating to not be able to copy & paste a repeating individual working across multiple shifts.  It requires no less than 3 clicks for every time slot.  Not a deal breaker, but this could be improved.

Keeping our schedule up to date and allowing everyone to know immediately when changes are made to the previously published schedule.  Really so very helpful!

Employees being able to pick up open shifts and communicate with eachother for coverage.

I am not a fan of the layout. I would like it laid out 2 weeks at a time. Ours only shows one week at a time.

It eliminates me having to coordinate each open shift, each shift that needs to be traded. The employees are able to do that themselves.
