Nothing, we had negative experience since the beginning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DripJobs? DripJobs sold us on a "no strings attached" free trial. We never completed onboarding, never set up the CRM, and never used the platform. A few months later, we discovered they had been charging us $200/month for an account that never been set up or activated. We kindly requested a refund and explained that the account was never actually used. The answer was no. Keeping hundreds of dollars from a customer who never even onboarded may be allowed by their policy, but it says a lot about how they choose to treat customers.
