How can we display multiple client assets? Also can we display a rating continuously?
Essentially I'd like for drift to offer us the ability to see multiple aspects of a client profile. As of right now, it will only display one part, like the phone number or the email. What are some options to better streamline the saved replies?
I don't think we utilize the saved replies to the best of our abilities. I'm wondering if there's a better way to utilize them, perhaps by changing the titles to be more searchable?
