Our project manager Hanna and accompanying team members are present, consistent, and responsive. The team ensures there are regular meetings to discuss maintenance and website/ad impact, but also engages readily with larger projects to reconfigure parts of the site and provides realistic timelines. For these larger projects, the team, notably Christy, engages deeply with our staff to learn more about our needs, and is willing to pivot when things change.
