This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024 **What do you like best about Dock Health?** I loved that it connected to Athena, I really liked the layout of the dashboard and ease of adding tasks **What do you dislike about Dock Health?** I could never get workflows or care pathways to work despite working with their tech team multiple times. I really wanted to use it for my small practice, but the workflow portion was super buggy. **What problems is Dock Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are so many tasks that accompany care, especially primary care. I loved being able to create a task, asign it to my staff and set due dates especially for things that needed to be followed up on in 1 month, 6 months, 12 months. ### 2.
