# What campaign performance analytics and candidate quality metrics do the best programmatic job advertising platforms provide so talent teams can continuously improve rather than just set and forget?

I'm doing research on programmatic job advertising platforms for an article on how TA teams build a continuous improvement loop rather than just distributing jobs and measuring volume at the end of a quarter. The "set and forget" problem comes up constantly, and I want to understand which platforms give teams the right metrics to actually learn and adjust, not just see clicks and applies.

What good looks like here, from what I'm finding:

Cost-per-hire and cost-per-applicant tracked per source, not just in aggregate

Candidate quality signals connected back to the optimization engine, not just stored in a report

Data structured for leadership reporting without requiring a separate analytics build

Four platforms with the strongest signal on this:

Joveo: Tracks spend and results across every publisher in a unified view, with campaign business rules that let teams set performance thresholds and have the platform adjust spend automatically rather than waiting for a human review.

Radancy: Connects programmatic media performance back to career site conversion and cost-per-hire in one data layer, with the reporting structured so that quarterly reviews produce leadership-ready insights rather than raw numbers to interpret.

Appcast: Dashboard shows where spend is converting and where it isn't, with optimization running continuously on that signal; teams note that publisher-level attribution within the network is aggregated, which limits how granular the source analysis can get.

Talroo Ad Platform: Feeds ATS application and hire data back into the targeting engine so campaign optimization is informed by actual outcomes downstream, not just top-of-funnel apply rates.

Which platform has actually shifted how your team approaches optimization between campaigns rather than just at the end of a quarter? And does the quality signal come from the platform itself, or does someone still have to manually connect it back to ATS data?

This is where most platforms say the right things, but the loop isn’t fully closed. Seeing data is one thing, improving from it is another. Did any tool actually make it easier to connect candidate quality back to spend decisions in a practical way?
