"Buy as you see it"

What do you like best about Dibsly?

Most shopping is done while we see things on social platforms, this involves visiting the product page and going through all the hassles of creating an account and, adding to the cart and payment. In all these - Dibsly makes my customer's life easier - if they like something they see - they can buy it immediately just by commenting. The setup was easy and a great thing is their overlay card in the Facebook feed, this feature makes all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dibsly?

It is costly for small businesses - a pay-as-you-go model on pricing would help us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dibsly solving and how is that benefiting you?

No one want to disrupt their feed scrolling time with some product they saw and check it out on the product's page on different website. This is where Dibsly comes in - if you want to buy something you like you just saw, just put a comment and then and there all the magic happens. It is surprisingly a positive advancement in customer experience towards checkout flow. Not only we saw 8% to 10% increase in revenue but also customer experience took a nice spike towards satisfaction.

We are waiting for live dashboard - in this we are planning to engage with customer live and improve their experience. It was great experience for us as store owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dibsly?

One of the great features I like about this tool is the ability to block ads that you don’t need on Facebook. You can also adjust your settings to find the perfect monitoring options for sales orders. Additionally, you can easily showcase and market your products using Dibsly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dibsly?

Ad blocking and customization are limited on this product, making it unprofitable to use. The pricing model is too high for my budget, and there are issues with integration with other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dibsly?

Dibsly has made online shopping so much easier! No more seeing a product you like, then having to go to the sellers profile, find their website/ online store front, find the product again, add to cart and check out. This program eliminates the extra steps and let's you just say which product you want right when you see it and have it added to your cart right away.
