Nothing, its buggy its broken, its a sham.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

No way to cancel a subscription, customer support doesn't care at all. An absolute dishonest business.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They say they allow people to live sell. Well, their whole product is broken. Connection to platforms is complicated, breaks all the time, their inventory is something made in the 70s, just awful.

CommentSold changed everything for us.  We went from a very manual process to a fully automated system that eliminates labor cost and costly mistakes.  We have access to experts at CommentSold who provide amazing support.

CommentSold needs to upgrade the website capabilities for retailers.  They are working on it.

Love that using CS saves me so much time - love that everything is streamlined in - website, app, inventory, POS, shipping -

I don't like the fact that using a 3rd party when I go live on FB, I do not get as many people watching the live. I feel it hinders my ability to get more customers streaming.

The fact that it's a service all in one. I don't have to worry about invoicing myself, shipping and contacting the customer it's all in one. Saves a lot of time.

We needed a way to reach our customers who were starting to get board with the traditional emails and sales approach's

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

Our customer base is an older demographic and not computer savvy. It was a tough sell getting to to trust and download our app. This was on our end, not comment sold though. But I would love to be able to print bar codes only as our live helpers instead of full sheets of paper.

Engaging our customers and showing how to use our products and making us people, not just a website.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

I really like the app for commentsold and the ease of using the app. I also like that it captures sold comments while live. I have not really used any other comment software for sales. Previously I invoiced for items claimed live.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I dislike the fact that there is no POS system. It makes adding items in person bulky and slightly ridiculous. I have go to a different system for in store sales. I also would like to see integration with Klaviyo as their emails are 100% better than the marketing emails that currently go out from commentsold.

**Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:**

Commentsold is a great tool if you are a live seller or if you have an active Facebook group with wall drops. I would recommend sticking with comment sold for at least 60 days to get your clients acclimated.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have to invoice customers and they can shop live mostly without my assistance leaving me to focus on the actual selling. Currently our sales are down and part of that is we are having a hard time with reach on social media platforms.

This is so easy to use for Live Selling.  I love the ease of use and the fact that CS takes care of all the invoicing. It's great that you can go live through so many platforms. Mobile App, facebook, Instagram and web site.

I feel at times it can be hard to find an answer to a question easily even though there are alot of tutorials. Maybe more FAQ sections.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comment sold is solving the overselling problem between Shopify and Comment Sold.  This makes us more productive since we don't have those issues as much.

I wish it integrated with Shopify a little better. There are small things, like having to rearrange the order or product photos on both platforms, that are a little frustrating.

CommentSold has given us a tool to connect with our customers. We love interacting with them during live sales and love being have to use push notifications so they don't miss important things.

The customer support is truly best of class.  In all my years of working in technology, I've never had a company so responsive ... plus the software directly drives revenue!

It's not integrated into our POS and website so we have to double-entry inventory.

Allows us to sell products and services to our customers (both local and from around North America), build communities and connect in ways we never knew.

I have loved my experience so far with Comment Sold.  It has definitely made live more manageable, I don't have to worry about sending invoices and the ease of online selling and live selling is absolutely the best.

I feel like my viewership and reach on social media has declined signficantly, however, since I have started using Comment Sold.

No more invoicing is a huge plus for me as it was extremely time consuming.

With CommentSold, we are able to integrate a mobile app and sell via live video. There have been so many benefits to using CommentSold and I'm so thankful for the tools it gives us to make running our business easier.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

As the owner of a small shop, I am always looking for the best services to use to support my business. There's several web and app platforms out there, and I can attest that CommentSold is the best! Their platforms are easy to use for both the client and for shoppers, and their customer service cannot be beat! Can't recommend them highly enough!

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

The only thing I would like to see with CommentSold is a direct integration into Synclogic. However, there is a workaround! To utilize Synclogic with CommentSold, it just links through Shopify. In a perfect world it would be an immediate sync without a third party.

**Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:**

If you're on the fence, just give it a try! The help functions and tutorials are always there for you to utilize, and they are really helpful!

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CommentSold provides us with an APP and all of the tools and walkthroughs on how to set it up - I am now an APP Developer! Their tutorials walk you through everything and utilize the APP to its full capacity.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

CommentSold helps us make money after we close for the day. We are now able to sell from our Facebook Post, Instagram Post, Webstore and our App, not too mention it is all connected to our Instore Point of Sale System as well!  It has been a blessing!

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

Not Much! They are making the software better every week! It's Amazing! - I do wish they had phone support so I could get my questions answered faster.  I would even pay more money to be on a tiered customer support plan to have direct access to their professionals when I needed it most. I know they are working on it, but we would love to be able to do our live videos in Landscape mode as well. They have a feature request website where all their customers can make suggestions, then the customer base votes on them, and they learn what to work on next... it's pretty neat.

**Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:**

Practice, Practice, Practice! It's not a magic pill.  Success is not over night.... if you don't use it and learn it, you will not see a jump in your sales... It's a tool, you must use it properly.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reaching more people Nationwide after hours and that is a great thing! When we had to close our doors to the Public for almost 2 months, we stayed inside our store and did live videos and that helped us break even everyday and we survived the Pandemic and even came out of it a bit stronger with a larger online customer base than before.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

I love the Facebook group, tons on info and is super helpful! The app/webstore integration is amazing and I have got so much great feedback on my app. Ease of use. The entire backend of Commentsold is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I wish stripe was not the account used for deposits. It already takes so much out, plus Shopify commission. Also the timing of deposits. That is one thing I do love about my Shopify deposits. I also wish my dropshipping could be integrated.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The idea of having one place to do it all is the end result and I feel like I am taking the steps to head that way with the app/store and can't wait to get rid of Shopify altogether.  The tools are also there...lives....I just need to not be afraid and get out there.

I think the upside of using commentsold  was the ability for easy invoicing and capturing sales in the moment of your live show.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

The least helpful was their customer service sucked. Instead of getting one and one help they often sent you a video or link to guide you. It requires too much connecting of information and the $50 plan was basic.

I can't necessarily say it solved my problems because the app wasn't user friendly. I already had a website and their app was prompting you to create a webpage with them too. Importing the products to the app wasn't an easy transition either.

The chat and phone support have saved me so many times! Everyone I've spoken with is great and so helpful! Commentsold is easy to figure out and if I can't I know where to look! Highly recommend!

I need a Point of Sale system! I do pop ups and using Commentsold isn't ideal at those events.

CommentSold makes live sales or selling via social media a streamlined process. You don't have to worry about determining which comment came in first. It identifies and aggregates items by customers and generates easy to pay invoices.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I think the cost is somewhat high for the service and we had to do some troubleshooting when getting it set up. Once we got it working, it was fairly easy to update.

It allowed us to easily conduct live sales without having to worry about tracking customers and comments while streamlining the invoicing process.

I love that the Commentsold team is super helpful and helps us become successful! The App is straightforward and adds urgency for our customers to buy!

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I'm not a fan of the merchandising part of the app. It stinks that we can manually move products around on the collection level and turn on and off products to do this. I wish the menu could be filtered more, and we could have a more detailed menu!

Highly recommend using this if you want to start lives for the company to use Commentsold! It's really helped us grow and gain new customers! The team is also super helpful so it's nice to have that customer support open to you

We have solved not having an app! We've also solved being able to do lives and have a vast revenue stream coming for this! Having the app has helped us gain customers and create a sense of community for our customers.

I have had great experiences with their customer service and support. Unfortunately not all companies provide good customer service and support so this was a welcome relief.

The company also listens to feedback from its users for changes to their system to better meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I am looking forward to POS integrations that I know that CS is working on implementing. I wish I could customize reports. I wish there were a few app integrations with CS that are available with other programs.

To have a system that can automatically invoice for social media live sales or social media posts is awesome!  It is a timesaver and also makes things easy for our clients.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

Engaging, easy, unique way to meet clients where they are. Incredible support. Great ideas for increasing business. Ease of purchasing via multiple channels. I don't know of any competitors that provide anything similar to this.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

The learning and setup curve is steep, (and if you do it wrong the first time, it's a pain to have to go back and redo) but once things are setup its incredible. The support is wonderful, so don't hesitate to ask lots of questions.

With Facebook cracking down on my type of business and making it VERY hard to keep doing business there, this is a wonderful solution to give people an easy, fun, interactive way to shop and connect without facebook!

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

There are so many things to love about Comment Sold. The first is the ability to sell live on different platforms. Once you learn the program it is easy to use. Being able to have your own mobile app puts our online wellness boutique at people's fingertips. Customers love the ease of shopping and checkout. The loyalty program is another bonus that customers love. We like the training and support we get from the Comment Sold team. So far, we love CS.

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

How hard it is for customers to understand how to sign up and relog in. Some have become so frustrated that they stop purchasing from us. I'd like to be able to sell live on Instagram instead of just Instagram stories. Having email integrated into the CS would be nice.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't done a lot of live online selling, but the biggest problem solved is how to use social media effectively. I like the webinars and hearing from the admins in the VIP FB group.

**What do you like best about CommentSold?**

It is easy to use. There are training videos to help that are immensely valuable. I have not missed a sale since I got this app. The sales process has been seamless!!!!!

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

I am not able to adjust the media. I originally input a picture upside down in Shopify. I corrected the image and no matter what I do I can not correct the image in COMMENTSOLD.

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first started I was missing a lot of sales and new customer contacts. The timeframes were too long from start to finish. Now I can start and finish a sale in less than 3 hours with a new customer. That's initial contact thru shipping!!!

Their customer support is unsurpassed! Their chat feature allows quick questions and support while having a team with weekly calls and support during your first month of use is amazing. I had a team of current boutique owners and CS super users helping me with questions and checking to make sure everything was running smooth and successful!

**What do you dislike about CommentSold?**

Anything I have been so-so about I have been able to submit to their developers and am already seeing things be updated in their weekly updates.

**Recommendations to others considering CommentSold:**

Sign up for boutique level at minimum to gain access to the set up support. It will make the process smoother and faster and as soon as you hit sales levels it pays for itself through the lower percentage fee.

Use their support chat and do not remain stuck on anything. They respond quickly- even on weekends- so do not hesitate to ask them for help. 

Keep exploring everything you can do with Comment Sold. It is not just for live selling, but for wall drops and web shopping and eCommerce app development. They are most definitely a one stop shop!

**What problems is CommentSold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our inventory management to be something I don't spend energy on. I am not constantly updating and checking counts. And most importantly after a live sale i can post an item directly to our FB group and know exactly what is available for sale. I can run my boutique from afar and never need to go make sure I am not overselling a product disappointing a customer.

That there is no PHONe customer service.

Its a must-have all-in-one live selling invoicing system ...All in one place for people to shop while watching your live show. A customer just has to comment the word sold and the item # size and color, and the system sends the customer a checkout message in their messanger and the customer can easily place an order. With this system, you have more time to run and grow your business while an automatic system takes care of collecting the money while providing a live shopping experiance

Comment sold makes invoicing and inventory management difficulties a thing of the past! They listen to our concerned and create features to meet our needs!

I feel like viewership is lower using the overlay than it is when we just go live directly on our page. I'm not sure why, but I've noticed it on many people.

I don't have to keep up with who claimed what and when to bill, ship, etc. Managing inventory has become an issue I don't even have to think about anymore.

We love the ease of live selling and the app!! Live in the app is one of our main streams of revenue. The inventory and fulfillment make everything so simple for our shipping team. We are always excited about the new features that come out every month too. These make an easy experience even better.

The one thing we dislike is the unpredictability of Facebook. While this not a CS issue, CS relies heavily on FB. The CS team really helps to navigate these changes, and they are always looking for ways around them.
