I like how Arvia is built specifically for ecommerce and B2B sales, making it more than just a generic video call tool. It helps us close more deals and strengthen relationships and fits straight into our existing workflow. The biggest standout feature is the ease of use for both our team and our customers with no downloads, no logins, and no complicated setup required. Clients can just click a link and join a live video consultation, which makes our wholesale buyers much more willing to participate in demos because it's frictionless. Thanks to Arvia, our scheduled demos actually happen more often, no-shows have decreased dramatically, and our customers, especially older, traditional B2B buyers, don't get frustrated or confused.

And while the one-click joining is great, we’ve had a few small issues with audio/video stability on some company networks (common with B2B clients). More firewall-friendly connectivity options would help make those high-stakes wholesale demos even more reliable.

Secondly, even in situations where the network is poor, there will be no lag. If I am in a place with a weak signal, I can still use it without affecting my work.

Arvia is easy to use, modern and offers many features for video conferencing. It also offers affordable plans and only meeting hosts need an account. You can display up to 10 video streams at a time. The website works fine with any of the latest versions of the web browser.

Sometimes it doesn't connect quickly and usually freezes. I'm not sure if it's my internet or the app.

The key feature is the best for screen sharing and it also has an online meeting feature which is very helpful in times of COVID. Arvia is efficient when we share our screen and when the participants want to switch from one slide to another, it is easy to do so.

Arvia is probably the simplest system for meeting and conference platforms. I also love the video and audio call recording feature to check calls at any time. The connection is reliable, simple and instant to any client you meet.

The implementation process was not easy, but I am glad that the provider helped throughout the process, even if it took longer than we expected.

There is a free basic version of this program that includes screen sharing and Voice/Video/Chat options that exceed the expectations of most paid applications of this type. Arvia is very secure with the ability to access from all kinds of devices.

We had some onboarding issues initially, but the customer service team was able to jump in and help quickly.

**What do you like best about Arvia?**

It's robust technology solutions regarding chatting & video chats which solved meeting problems for HR domains. It's unique way of giving analytics is truly awesome.

It's been improving day by day, I haven't found any glitch as of now.
Their r&d is great and their support teams resolves issues and upgrade their systems.

Video meetings, embedded meetings, chatting widgets.
Even we can track our meetings and visualize them their analytical information. It saved our time which i very important.

I was able to setup VideoChat in few minutes and sharing content. Sharing links with external users was easy. Code snippet to embed in web page to get external requests in - was simple. Though we have not explored yet, out of the box integrations with some key business applications is helpful.

Step by step procedure for setup and an online tutorial will be helpful for starters.

Can you use online collaboration tools for teacher/student collaboration during Covid is the challenge? Arvia may be a good option to consider. Simple to use and liked the clarity of both video and screen sharing. Easy pluggable code to embed in your Web application to get video/text chat capability is nice.

A tutorial explaining the different feature/functions offered by the product will be helpful.

**What do you like best about Arvia?**

The best thing about this software is that it offers free and one click support for video conferencing in the browser.
Also, it lets you start video meeting in the channel making it easy for other team members to join.
Also, its fast and easy to use nature makes it try worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Arvia?**

Although there are not much cons of this software yet sometimes it doesn't allow to reply on a particular kind of message in the web browser.
Also,it refreshes on its own making it difficult to interact sometimes.

**What do you like best about Arvia?**

Arvia offers simple UI along with free and fast support for video conferencing which makes conducting quick meetings very easy. Due to its simple interface and straightforward features all my team members have easily transitioned on this platform.

**What do you dislike about Arvia?**

The thing that I dont like in this is the fact that due to some glitches it refreshes ok its own which hampers the meetings mid way and result in participants dropping off sometimes. Also, there are some limitations in the chat features.

I extensively use this software to connect and host meetings with my colleagues and for client interactions and business presentations.

It will be nice if we would add more than five people in the meeting.
