What do you like best about Arvia?

I like how Arvia is built specifically for ecommerce and B2B sales, making it more than just a generic video call tool. It helps us close more deals and strengthen relationships and fits straight into our existing workflow. The biggest standout feature is the ease of use for both our team and our customers with no downloads, no logins, and no complicated setup required. Clients can just click a link and join a live video consultation, which makes our wholesale buyers much more willing to participate in demos because it's frictionless. Thanks to Arvia, our scheduled demos actually happen more often, no-shows have decreased dramatically, and our customers, especially older, traditional B2B buyers, don't get frustrated or confused. What do you dislike about Arvia?

And while the one-click joining is great, we’ve had a few small issues with audio/video stability on some company networks (common with B2B clients). These features are great because as a shopper, you can click “chat now” to connect instantly with reps without leaving the store. This allows the reps to show products, apply coupons, and add items to the cart while also tracking video to conversion.
