What do you like best about Detrack?

-Live updates to the driver when changes made

-Live tracking of the driver

-Integrated call, gps and POD capturing within the window with minimal switching of screens required

-Super Simple for the driver

-Very customizable

What do you dislike about Detrack?

-Have had difficulty with embedding images not showing up but support has helped every step of the way

-Special instructions not displaying to the driver after they hit next location, they would have to go into the delivery to see [would be nice if the special instructions just popped up

"Logistics & Transport Management Made Easy"

What do you like best about Detrack?

The interface across both desktop and mobile is easy to use. It's helped us to simplify and streamline our logistics management within our business. Being able to update our drivers with information while they're out on the go from one centralised platform is brilliant. It's also helped us to continue with our digital-first scheme to reduce delivery paperwork and overall printing. What do you dislike about Detrack?

After using Detrack for over 2 years, we are yet to find anything that we are unhappy with or does not work for us. They have an excellent system for providing feedback to which is always dealt with quickly, which is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Detrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding a centralised transport management system that multiple people can view and manage anywhere was the original goal. Accessing Detrack from anywhere in the world has proved to be a huge benefit over the last few months, with many colleagues working remotely but still able to collaborate and accurately plan logistics. What do you like best about Detrack?

It is a comprehensive platform for delivery management, with easy to use PODs, ability to upload photos and use scanning features (QR & bar codes) if required. There is also a mobile manager app where you can track jobs & vehicles from, it is simple and convenient. The 1st account in Detrack is free too! Though the prices are considered reasonable when you have to add more accounts. Route planning is also available through a sister app, and integration is quite seamless. What do you dislike about Detrack?

For backend users, there is a learning curve to overcome, in order to fully realize the potential of the system. Though their customer service and technical support teams are quite prompt to help, there are some quirks in the system where we may need to overlook or plan around. What do you like best about Detrack?

The driver app is very useful. The admin panel is very good. Very easy and convenient delivery management. Delivery proof with images and geo tagging. Easy API configuration with our EPR software. Very easy configuration for SMS notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Detrack?

Detrack is constant in their solutions to any queries we might have. As soon as we hit send, they already come through with assistance.
