Another thing is if you add more than 100 items in boq or invoice the system starts lagging means it consumes your ram and works very slowly so for people who want to use deskera books for less than 100 items its good for go but for professional interior designers like us where we need to have more than 200 items its of no use. and no customer support to.. I like the stages of managing the crm and leads, from Appointment scheduled to Qualified to buy plus Presentation scheduled plus Decision maker buy in plus Contract sent plus Closed Won & Closed lost. I switched over from another Crm because of the great management of stages. there is still a lot more I can do with Deskera and will be able to benefit from their abundance of tools. It does have a lot of features and an online group for support however they're are not many video tutorials to navigate the terrain. I was trying to use trello and airtable as my crm but they are not specifically built for being a crm.
