What i like the most is its interface and simplicity of using deskera books which was most important feature for me to buy deskera.

Customer support is something they are lagging. Another thing is if you add more than 100 items in boq or invoice the system starts lagging means it consumes your ram and works very slowly so for people who want to use deskera books for less than 100 items its good for go but for professional interior designers like us where we need to have more than 200 items its of no use. and no customer support to.. All in one powerful tool to manage your business on the cloud. Possibility to manage all our business branches/organisations in one place and built-in extra features make our life easy. Also, a great alternative to QuickBooks/Xero and I would say it's more than that. Mobile apps come in handy, on the go, you can track, review and update your business transaction. What do you dislike about Deskera All-in-One?

That said, there is room to improve, and to add native banks to all countries (currently is limited to major countries). Active support hours can be better and would love it if it is 24X7 support because they serve many countries and it's hard to catch up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deskera All-in-One?

I like the stages of managing the crm and leads, from Appointment scheduled to Qualified to buy plus Presentation scheduled plus Decision maker buy in plus Contract sent plus Closed Won & Closed lost. I switched over from another Crm because of the great management of stages. there is still a lot more I can do with Deskera and will be able to benefit from their abundance of tools.
