Being able to see messages from all platforms in one place with Desk360 is a very good feature, and also being able to create a Desk360 help page is a very good feature. The things I don't like are in the other question.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

There is only one feature I don't like in Desk360: the chat widget. It could have a more attractive design and include more elements. There is no other feature I dislike.

**What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can resolve issues related to my orders and membership processes with Desk360. I can answer questions coming from my social media accounts. The help desk feature is also useful.

There isn't really a point I don't like. There is a team open to feedback. They listen to everything we want to be better. The most important point that could be better is that chat conversations do not occur as tickets.

With few agents we could manage a big traffic of customer needs easily. It has a functional and simple interface that you don't need a training before using it.

There's 12 communication channels but I hope linkedin will be added to the channels too.

Desk360's reports is very detailed and understandable, we could also take reports about your agents performance which is very important for us. We need to manage customers needs with few agents and thank to Desk360 we can do it with no problem.

The User Interface is one of the best features of Desk360. This includes the amazing feature of next-gen shared inbox, where you have the ability for you and your customer support team to easily access and respond back to all of your clients messages coming from split-up channels. And the best part is, this can be done all at the same time. Efficiency is key! You save a ton of time with this amazing feature.

I strongly feel the Mobile Application for Desk360 can be developed in a much better way. For some reason, job-sharing arrangements doesn't seem to function properly.

Responding back to customers quickly and with serenity. Our agents are able to respond to tons of customers within a limited amount of time without the extra burden of a real tech support agent.

I love that you can create quick answers for the most common and frequently asked questions so that you don't have to write same answers to the same questions all the time. That way, you save time, and Desk360 allows you to keep those quick answers in different languages for a specific question. Therefore, if you are operating in different countries and languages simultaneously, it is perfect for you.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

I wish once a user that has already created a report ticket creates a new report ticket again, those two tickets were looking related to each other in the system. Therefore, I would just know if it's user's first time asking something or not, etc.

If your running a business that has many users from various countries and languages and also if you have support requests/tickets from lots of different communication channels, Desk360 is a great way to combine them into one unique source.

I can optimize the time that I spend on solving problems that users face, and also, thanks to Desk360, we as the Customer Support team can provide some critical data to our Product team about our users' pain points.

I like Desk360 pricing. It 's very cheap than other chat system also they define 90days trial so you can implement website and you can trial all feature in 90days

I could not see the ability to transfer the administrator account, if the installer will not use it, he cannot transfer the seat right. but the support team helps with this as well.

Desk360 is a useful tool that we can manage all our message requests from a single platform. It is great because we are mostly B2C company and we have too many issues to resolve from different channels. With Desk360, our team is replying to all issues easier.

It is hard to connect app stores, but there is no alternative way, I guess. User Roles are also not clear to understand permissions.

You can add "Help" section on the panel.

It is really useful in that it gathers all platforms in a single interface. Moreover, it also allows you to make changes on the platform, albeit limited.

I can manage hundreds of daily tickets easily, thanks to Desk360. It is pretty available for team cooperation and increases our speed of returning tickets significantly. Also, it is pretty cheaper for early-stage startups.

The down side is, it takes around 5-10 minutes to receive the "ticket" after the actual mail arrives to e-mail inbox.

Trying to steer a product ship through a global pandemic would be difficult for anyone. We were operating in one of the unlucky industries that forced us to pivot. We needed turnkey solutions to help us create our product as fast as possible, including collecting reviews and manage our users' happiness. From the beginning of the pivot to the launch on iOS and Android, Desk360 provided us with a platform that allowed us to adapt quickly to our users’ needs.

Desk360 has a very wide scope of integrated customer support channels including gathering all App Store, Google Play, all widespread social media channels, and in-app messaging. This was another big gain for us because we offer our product in 8 languages, and all support is given by native speakers. Thus, aligning all customer support team members through different products would be another problem which we would have to solve. Desk360 gathered all our customer support channels in one platform, conveniently.

**What do you like best about Desk360?**

You can manage different people on multiple projects in single platform. Assigning products and tasks to teams and tracking it down on a single page looks more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

It currently only supports cloud/web-based deployment. Would expect it to extend support for multiple other platforms as well.

**What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an all in one tool for multiple tasks. You can send messages in batch. Email managament, form and content managament and also social media Integration.
It also enables the reporting and dashboard feature for an overall view and analysis.

It supports multiple platforms and continues to improve each day. Easy to use, cheaper than alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

Designed for mobile apps so web apps or platforms may benefit less from it. LinkedIn integration would be better for B2Bs. To be fair it is very hard to complain about this product.

It is easy to manage many channels on just one platform. When we signed up there were a couple of channels but it keeps improving on a constant basis.

The first days of the integration there were some features missing but the team at Desk360 worked really hard to deploy the features we need before releasing our app with their SDK and finished all of them. We really can't find to mention anything they could improve. We could say the first time when we started to test the system, the features we need were missing but thanks to their fast provided solutions we didn't have to postpone our release date.

**What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Desk360  helped us achieve the easiest and fastest solution to manage our customer tickets in just one panel which are coming from many platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, email, twitter or through our mobile apps. Their integrated SDK is fast, reliable and also very user friendly for our customers to be able to start their tickets whenever they need help. Comparing with the previous companies we worked so far, it’s very clear to say that the help and support of the Desk360 team is the best. They’re always ready to listen to us for any feedback. They have the fastest development team who are coming with a release upon a requested feature. Kudos to Desktop360 team for their ambitious approach for any need.

**What do you like best about Desk360?**

Since we hold instant and simultaneous contests in Oyna Kazan and Trivia SuperStars apps, it was crucial for us to ensure any problems our users might encounter are solved immediately. Not only that, we had to do it in multiple languages, since we operate on a
global scale. That’s where Desk360 came in, a product that well deserves its name as it provides a 360-degree customer support across all channels. Now we can communicate with our customers easily and quickly through an intuitive single-page interface. My favorite feature was the ease of integration. We were able to complete the
integration with minimal effort and start using Desk360 within a week

I barely find a negative part of the product. The product team works well and keep the product always developing.

**What do you like best about Desk360?**

We loved your UI & UX side. It was better than the most popular rivals. The dashboard was working well. We could find that I look for easily. The ticket system was working good as well.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

We couldn't activate sound notifications and also there was a lot of bugs to deliver a message at chatbot screen. You need more flexiable system to integrate other systems. Instagram integration was not working good enough.

I am developer who knows very well how difficult it is to create a system that works properly. It takes time, days or years. You have positive team and you will be the best.

Our customer support tried to solve our customers' issues by chatbot. We tried to collect tickets and solve these issues to improve our customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Desk360?**

Desk360 is way more affordable than the other customer support platforms. It does what others do, and not that expensive. To be honest, when I first switched to Desk360, I didn't even think I'd be happy about it, I was skeptical because I have never heard of it before, but they talked me into it and gave me a 6-months free trial, which is great! After 6 months, I knew I would keep using it. Lastly, I really want to thank the team, they are really great. They can develop in such a short time every feature I need, without charging extra money.

**What do you dislike about Desk360?**

Social media integrations are few, for instance, I would like to integrate my Linkedin account into Desk360 (as far as I know that they've started to develop social media integration. when they make this development I'll edit my comment :))

**What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s great to create teams and assign specific tickets to them. Also, prioritizing tickets based on their types as High, Urgent, Medium, or Low helps to track important customer messages closely.
