The ability to create scenarios to catch different types of duplicates caused by different types of errors is fantastic! We have ones for specific kinds of malformed data, ones for really obscure and rare match criteria (e.g. one of a contact’s parent’s email addresses + contact first name matches), etc.. Using it with Dynamics. Nobody we’ve spoken with at support knows about Dynamics, all documentation is written for Salesforce, and nearly every bug we encounter is never-before-seen and the fix has to be slated for a future release. We’ve actually hardly gotten it working at all yet due to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for sharing your thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that the flexibility of DemandTools scenarios is helping you catch even the most complex and unusual duplicate patterns — it’s great to know this capability is delivering value for your team.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about using DemandTools with Microsoft Dynamics. We understand how frustrating it can be when documentation and troubleshooting resources don’t fully align with your CRM, and when some issues require future updates. While our support team is committed to helping, we recognize there’s more work to do to improve the Dynamics experience.
With such a high volume of duplicates, having a reliable solution is essential. Thank you again for your patience, honesty, and partnership. Your feedback truly helps us improve.
