It's focused on game developers and contains events and parameters focused on games. There is a trial for DDNA for 30 days which developers can try out to experiment with the features. Apart from basic events analysis DDNA also provides A/B testing and segmentation for users. The dashboard is still comprehensive with data for quick view. DDNA also provides segmentation for test users, paying users, or anything specific for targeting. Unity support is a big plus. Documentation is comprehensive and easy to navigate with screenshots and code based references which is easy to follow. **What do you dislike about deltaDNA?** The UI is very messy and hard to navigate. UI feels very glitchy and not aligned Creating custom dashboards is difficult, the best strategy is to export the data and use external tools to make sense of the data. Event browser has a big delay time of 15-20 minutes which can be frustrating for a few users or QA. Invalid events are not logged into the dashboard and discarded until the event parameters are fixed. Resetting user data or switching user profiles within the game might break the analytics flow. **Recommendations to others considering deltaDNA:** Go through the documentation before implementing. The UI can be very confusing for new users. A/B testing is there as well but creating the same can be confusing. **What problems is deltaDNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzing user behavior on the game whether it be UI navigation, gold/diamond transactions or watching ads or even match related events. DDNA has the advantage for game-specific events such as match start and end. Which is good. ### 2. The Real-time information exchange is also top-notch and user friendly **What do you dislike about deltaDNA?** A real-time help option would be highly acknowledged as there are so many features to be used and it get really tough to understand if you are doing the right thing or in the wrong path. **What problems is deltaDNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it personally for generating real-time insights from the games me and my friends play, which in turn helps me in analyzing every player's performance and caters me into looking at each player individually. ### 3. They aren't relevant if you don't know how to translate. **What problems is deltaDNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** DeltaDNA has been a complete change for us. We used every feature of it to customize the experience of each user, which has significantly increase the performance of the games. ### 4. And it is easy to implement in a way.
