Their analysis tools do show you that the specific size server you selected is providing server needs at minimal cost, but the more expensive option (which Amazon markets heavily), is not necessary for average developers such as myself ight-size your services to meet capacity needs at the lowest cost. I think that its one of the best programs out there. I was able to try it for free before paying for it so, I think it keeps the questions about the program answered by being able to try it first.
