Deliveo offers a wide variety of possibilities that a company might require in the short or long term of opperations. Those are the ones that most subscirber find top-notch:
Real-time tracking: This means that the software should allow you to see the exact location of each delivery, as well as the status of each delivery (e.g. in transit, delivered, etc.). Deliveo helps you in better managing a company's delivery operations and ensure that the customers receive their orders on time.
Route optimization: This means that the software should be able to automatically calculate the most efficient route for each delivery, taking into account factors such as traffic, road closures, and other variables. Deliveo is great in reducing delivery times, saving fuel costs, and improving overall efficiency.
Mobile app: A standard delivery management software should also have a mobile app that allows drivers to easily manage their deliveries on the go. Deliveo does that and more by including features such as scanning barcodes, capturing signatures, and updating delivery statuses in real-time.
Integration with other systems: Through the use of its API, Deliveo has a plethora of options to combine and integrate the software with other systems of a company's choosing. Those can be, website plugins, e-commerce platforms, CRMs, ERPs and Accounting softwares that are directly linked with your company.
Analytics and reporting: Finally, a good delivery management software should provide robust analytics and reporting capabilities. Deliveo, is able to generate reports on key metrics such as delivery times, delivery costs, and customer satisfaction. This can help a company to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize its delivery operations.
In regards to Deliveo's customer support: There is always a helpful individual from the main company ready to help out in any kind of question that I throw at him.
Also the subscription to Deliveo comes with an Unlimited Scalability. Meaning that no matter the amount of orders, clients, external partners or users a company might have, there is no extra cost affecting the subscriber. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some dissatisfying aspects of Deliveo are the following:
It takes a little bit of time to learn and master the whole software. However, Deliveo does offer a great amount of operations for a company to use so it is a fair trade to spend some time in order to learn everything.
Another negative aspect is the difficulty to make internal changes to the software. It can be done however if there is direct contact with the main company (Mav-IT) that is the owner of Deliveo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
