**What do you like best about ParcelPerfect?**

I love the kind of truthful, accurate and capable communication.
Perfect data security
The specification of service and product on the technician is great.
The analysis reports about the margin and sales performance.
The necessary and fair branches is right.


**What do you dislike about ParcelPerfect?**

The direct contact on the page to know the price range.
In the same way, the type and protocol to communicate with the company.



**Recommendations to others considering ParcelPerfect:**

I would recommend them since it has multiple benefits, the online and mobile solution.
Tracking of packages at the piece level.
Collections, consolidations, deliveries, scanning of machines test, distribution of road maps together with road and manifest notes.
The tracking and use of the fleet.


**What problems is ParcelPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Until now I do not solve any problem.
The benefits are multiple, the solution online and mobile.
The tracking and use of the fleet.
Tracking of packages at the piece level.

**What do you like best about ParcelPerfect?**

It’s ease of use leads me to use much more often. Live updates. 

**What do you dislike about ParcelPerfect?**

Not well known. Does not have a few features as far as live tracking that would be nice. 

**What problems is ParcelPerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. I save a ton of time looking into the particular company my parcel is with.
