**What do you like best about Onro?**

I like Onro for its reliability and how well it fits real on-demand delivery operations. The real-time tracking, automated dispatching, and rider management features are great. The platform is stable and easy to use. Additionally, I appreciate that the support team is responsive and understands last-mile delivery challenges, making a big difference in day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Onro?**

Onro has allowed me to manage my courier operations with much more clarity and control. I appreciate how feature-rich the platform is, especially the real-time tracking, status updates, and the ability to customise workflows. The driver app works well, and the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful when I need assistance. It’s also helpful that the system is cloud-based and works across devices. The platform continues to evolve with frequent updates and improvements.

**What do you dislike about Onro?**

The system can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features, and some of the terminology could be clearer for new users. There are also areas where the UX could be more intuitive

**What problems is Onro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onro has helped streamline our last-mile delivery operations by giving us better visibility and control over each stage of the process — from order intake to final delivery. Route planning is far more efficient, and drivers are able to follow their routes clearly with fewer delays or confusion. It’s also allowed us to keep customers informed with real-time updates, reducing support queries. Overall, it’s helped us operate more professionally and scale our delivery service with more confidence.

Speed of the product when you have a high volume of orders is excellent.

Route optimization doesn't look as efficient as I expected.

Before choosing Onro, please check other platforms to see the differences, then you find out which one is better.

Providing to our customers a better service. Managing proof of deliveries and auto dispatching were our problems before using Onro. Delivery price online payment also helps us to automate our operations.
