Honestly there is not anything that I dislike about Digital Waybill. We have been a happy customer for 9 years. Digital Waybill has surpassed all of my expectations in courier software. They are constantly adding new features that enhances their software beyond anything that I have thought would be needed. Definitely gives you more for your buck. Working with Digital Waybill has made dispatching& keeping up with drivers much easier.
the “show driver map” pinpoints where the drivers are(not necessarily the vehicle). This eliminates the need for extra devices attached to the vehicles.
