There are MANY features that are extremely helpful and valuable.

The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible, and made the setup and maintenance process flawless.

The admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, adaptable, and very easy to use. I was easily able to load names, send emails, set automatic reminders, and track progress in real time.

The individual reports are written in way that are very easy to understand. In addition, the number of tools built into the platform offers numerous ways to deepen one's understanding of themself, and consider what they can do more/less of making development planning seamless and manageable.

I haven't experienced anything I've disliked. Some features are continually being updated and upgraded.

One 'dislike' is the need to launch a new campaign if I wanted to track completions of new reports added to a previously launched campaign. It's not that big an issue, but I would prefer a more integrated way of adding and tracking.

The scientific foundation behind the tool’s architecture is robust and easy to articulate when presenting and selling the solution. The reports are visually appealing, which makes them engaging and enjoyable for my clients to read. The coaching insights are highly valuable and extremely helpful in coaching and mentoring contexts.

The support team’s responsiveness and openness, along with the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with Reece, are truly outstanding and make me feel genuinely part of the team. We currently have several additional assessments for which training is not yet available. For some of them, the reports are still under development. At times, clients share feedback that certain labels can be difficult to accept, even though they do understand and resonate with the underlying insights when the report is properly explained.

I don't have a dislike associated with Deeper Signals. In general, the space for diagnostics is crowded so Deeper Signals needs to just stay on the path to separate itself from the others. The addition of the AI coach creates a stronger pull to the tool and yet also causes worry that we'll get the most out of the platform. Deeper Signals is one of the best, science-based assessments on the market, but they have also cracked the code on supporting the people doing assessment work. Their client-ready deliverables are easy to interpret and put in front of customers. Recently, they launched Sola - an AI assistant - that can answer questions about the platform, the data and it can even write targeted content for my deliverables. As the assessment world continues on its race to the bottom, Deeper Signals will own more of the market share by ensuring that the people who do this work have speed to market and can spend WAY less time on administration.
