With context they usually see the value, but I’d welcome even more nuance in how some of those risk areas are described. **What problems is Deeper Signals solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the people taking the assessments, the experience is refreshingly easy. They can complete it in minutes on any device, and the feedback feels clear, practical, and relevant to their everyday work. The team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible, and made the setup and maintenance process flawless. The admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, adaptable, and very easy to use. I was easily able to load names, send emails, set automatic reminders, and track progress in real time. The individual reports are written in way that are very easy to understand. In addition, the number of tools built into the platform offers numerous ways to deepen one's understanding of themself, and consider what they can do more/less of making development planning seamless and manageable. Most of all, the large majority of participants who reviewed their reports commented on its accuracy and were able to better understand their strengths and potential risks. **What do you dislike about Deeper Signals?** I haven't experienced anything I've disliked. Some features are continually being updated and upgraded. One 'dislike' is the need to launch a new campaign if I wanted to track completions of new reports added to a previously launched campaign. It's not that big an issue, but I would prefer a more integrated way of adding and tracking. It would also be useful if members could compare their results to others who have completed the assessment. However, this does require additional levels of privacy/transparency - so I would recommend an 'opt in' feature to support this purpose. **What problems is Deeper Signals solving and how is that benefiting you?** As part of our overall development experiences, the DeeperSignals assessment is helping build self-awareness. The reports are visually appealing, which makes them engaging and enjoyable for my clients to read. The coaching insights are highly valuable and extremely helpful in coaching and mentoring contexts. The support team’s responsiveness and openness, along with the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with Reece, are truly outstanding and make me feel genuinely part of the team. In addition, the way the tool integrates seamlessly with other products and methodologies I have developed allows me to use creativity to expand and evolve my business. For some of them, the reports are still under development. At times, clients share feedback that certain labels can be difficult to accept, even though they do understand and resonate with the underlying insights when the report is properly explained. It has all that you would expect from a contemporary technology platform, which is a huge differentiator from legacy diagnostics. The data - based on 5 Factor Model - are credible and it's easy to use, two musts for organization use. The language is accessible and action-oriented. The portal is designed to use, not just view once, and therefore helps with development plans and team development. **What do you dislike about Deeper Signals?** I don't have a dislike associated with Deeper Signals. In general, the space for diagnostics is crowded so Deeper Signals needs to just stay on the path to separate itself from the others. The addition of the AI coach creates a stronger pull to the tool and yet also causes worry that we'll get the most out of the platform. Recently, they launched Sola - an AI assistant - that can answer questions about the platform, the data and it can even write targeted content for my deliverables. Deeper Signals understands that there is no good or bad personality and managed to design a personality profile report that looks objectiv and unbiased while clearly pointing possible strengths and areas for development as well as personal risk factors. The report is written and designed in a way that people can gain a good understanding of their personality just by reading it - a great base to go deeper with the coaching.
